I bought a screen protector, case, and camera lens protector for nearly $200, but after 2 days, the screen protector cracked. I went there for warranty, but they refused. The screen protector I bought was not cheap, costing $60, but it was not good. I went to another shop to replace it and got feedback from the seller that the cracked screen protector was actually good quality. So, it feels like what they sell are only imitations and not original, and they are selling them at very high prices.

Went to the Tampines Mall outlet to get an X-Doria protector and screen protector for my new Apple Watch. Immediately upon returning home, a corner of the screen protector started to peel. Upon returning to the store, the sales staff was very nice and replaced it with a new one, but a corner started to peel again within 3 hours. She told us that she could only replace it once. I don’t think this is right and professional. This implies that if the product is faulty, the company will not be responsible just because they have already replaced it once. That’s not right at all. We have been regular customers for so many years. We will think twice about going back. My invoice No.: 6667

The salesgirl at Tampines Mall was totally uninterested in serving us, too busy on her handphone, but I still bought the Aukey chair costing $269 because I needed it. The 'can't be bothered' salesgirl booked a date for delivery as per the date we requested, but the delivery man never turned up, and there was no telephone number for me to contact anyone at all. Now I am in front of the shop waiting to cancel my purchase, but there is no one here. The signage says, 'WILL BE BACK IN 15 MINUTES.' But it has been more than 30 minutes, and there is still no one here. Please do not buy from this shop if you don't want this type of trouble.
