Bought a screen protector, case, and camera lens protector, which cost nearly $200. After two days, the screen protector cracked. I went back for warranty, but they said it wasn't covered. The screen protector wasn't cheap, costing $60, but it wasn't good. I went to another shop to replace it and the seller there said the cracked screen protector was actually good quality. So, it feels like what they sell are imitations, not originals, and they are selling them very expensively.

Went to the Tampines Mall outlet to get an X-Doria protector and screen protection for my new Apple Watch. Immediately after returning, the corner of the screen protector started to peel. When I went back, the sales staff was very nice and replaced it, but the corner started to peel again within 3 hours. She told me that she could only replace it once. I don’t think this is right or professional, which means if the product is faulty, they won't be responsible because they already replaced it. That’s not right at all. We have been regular customers for many years and will think twice about going back. My invoice number is 6667.

The salesgirl at Tampines Mall was totally uninterested in serving us, too busy on her phone, but I still bought the Aukey chair, costing $269, because I needed it. The couldn't-be-bothered salesgirl booked a delivery date as per our request, but the delivery man never turned up, and there is NO telephone number to contact anyone. Now I am in front of the shop waiting to cancel my purchase, but there is no one here. Signage says "WILL BE BACK IN 15 MIN," but it's been more than 30 minutes, and there is still no one here. Please do not buy from this shop if you don't want this type of trouble.

"Contrary to the other reviews, I was served by Alice and the service was great! Alice was very professional during the installation; she definitely knows what she's doing. Besides, the installation was free, with no charges. Thus, if one is so particular, maybe install it yourself? Mine was perfectly installed, with no bubbles or peeling. It's currently Day 2, and I hope it will be fine for longer-term use. I am using a UAG case, and it fits perfectly with my S23 Ultra with the Dome glass. Cheers!
