Please do not go to this shop they are not honest sellers. I went in wanting to buy a IPad casing found one and ask for price and the gal said 29.90 but after making payment it turn out to be 89 I was shock and immediately wanted to stop the transaction. But then they said cannot refund because it’s paid. They refuse to refund and also force me to take other iPad cover and a plastic sheet over which I felt that I was force to take it.
She also said that this is all she can do either take the case I bought or take the other option for the casing and the plastic cover.
This is a scam shop do not go.

Purchased the dome tempered glass for s23 ultra on 21 Feb, The lady (Poh Yi I believe) who installed for me was very friendly and chill.
The glass installed have slight whitening and small bubbles at the corner, which is why I visit again on 22nd to have it fixed.
Poh Yi mentioned if still have bubbles, no choice might have to reinstall.
3rd day (23rd Feb), still have slight whitening and small bubbles, went to shop again and this time its Alice I believe.
She mention she will try fix for me. Im fine with it, I just mentioned to her the previous staff said to me that if still have bubbles they might change another one for me.
Shocked me when she raised her tone at me and said "WE DO NOT CHANGE THE GLASS, ONLY REPAIR". Wow.... girl... I know these are hard to install Im still human and understand, but you really dont have to raise your tone at me like that.
Plus im aware dome tempered glass came with a spare and mine installed was just a first glass.
Left and then I realised the dust plug that I installed was missing. I went back up again. Store glass panel is up (Closing), She was there but initially she reject me when I knock, then I just told her I was looking for my dust plug. She immediately hand to me.
My guess was this Alice was just worry the installation will overshoot the closing time if she were to reinstall the glass, because I understand the 2nd install will take longer time due to longer UV cure to ensure proper installation.
I understand its near closing time and reinstall might take too long. You could just tell me to come another day I would totally fine with it. You guys are human as well and so am I.
Ok at least it was repaired and looks fine, but few days later I still see 1 small bubble and very slight whitening at the edge.
If I went back, will be my 4th day back there and I think Alice might just reject me. I could not be bothered, hence I fixed the bubble myself with my own UV light, I just need to add pressure and push the bubble out and cure it longer. However, the small whitening at the edge I could not fix it.
Overall Im not blaming the staff for the product fault, I understand its the nature of these tempered glass are hard to install.
Its the service, Poh Yi is very friendly, while Alice gave me the impression that if I went back I will be rejected.

Contrary to the reviews here, I was served by Alice and the service was great! Alice was very professional during the installation, definitely knows what she is doing. Besides, the installation was free with no charges. Thus, if one is so particular, maybe install yourself? Mine was perfectly installed with no bubbles or peeling off, currently Day 2 and hope that it will be fine for longer term use. I am using an UAG case and it fits perfectly fine with my S23 Ultra with the Dome glass. Cheers! Will definitely revisit and recommend. Thanks Alice!

I brought a matt screen protector at your shop a month ago and that the staff who printed my screen protector mentioned a thin line cutting the middle of the phone would be gone within a week. To my dissapointment even more than a month the line is not gone. Its downright low production printing and they never highlight this during point of purchase purchase. Printed and expect customer to accept. This is actually consumer's rights goods sold is not of considerable condition. Staff at bishan branch is not helpful at all as well. Very bad experience.
