This is a review for Pazzion's e-commerce platform . 0/5. I recently had the misfortune of making a purchase through Pazzion's website, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing experience. Still hard to believe that this could be so frustrating and regretful. Pazzion's website is a mess. The sizing information for their shoes shows available, probably not updated according to their inventory. I clicked on my size and made payment, but realised on the receipt it stated another size. I was very sure the sizes show available, that's why I purchased (Unfortunately, I did not get to screenshot it). Appreciate that the customer service offered an exchange, so I went to check the sizes of another colour for the same pair. My size was available, thus requested to exchange for the same pair but a different colour. Similar issue, the customer service said that it is not available. The real trouble began when I tried to initiate a refund. But surprise, surprise β Pazzion's "no refund" policy left me in disbelief. When it came to rectifying their mistake, they conveniently hid behind their draconian policies. It's as if they thrive on getting customers purchase something unavailable in their inventory and then top up and exchange for another pair of shoes in their physical shops. (Anyone else experienced this before?) And I reached out to their customer service again, hoping to find a solution, but all I got was a generic response that did nothing to address my concerns. It's clear that Pazzion's commitment to customer satisfaction is nothing more than a hollow promise. They seem to have no qualms about taking advantage of their customers' trust. In an age where e-commerce platforms are striving to provide seamless experiences and excellent customer service, Pazzion stands out as a glaring exception. Their lack of refunds and abysmal customer support make it clear that they have no interest in providing value to their customers. Will not purchase from Pazzion again.
