The guy who pierced my ear calmed me down and made the whole process less scary. He said, it's not painful, it will only feel like getting bitten by an ant. And it's not just some lie to get the process over it was actually really not painful. (and this is coming from the person who has a very low tolerance for pain) well I see some reviews saying the service is bad maybe they just got the newbie that was on shift on that day? Idk. Mine was painless and the guy seemed very experienced(like even my scared to death attitude didn't faze him.)

Amazing service. The lady that was doing my piercing today was so proffesional. She made sure the placement of the piercing was good for me and made sure i understood the aftercare. Overall was a very very pleasant experience! Will definitely come back again

The girls in the Tampines outlet made my piercing so easy. Really appreciate it and a good place to get your ears pierced

The crystal on one of my silver ear stud I bought fell off, so I went back to buy an exact same design as a replacement. The staff is friendly. A female staff helped me find the design I wanted. However, because she was picking them up with the wrong tool (looked like a pair of tongs rather than tweezers), she struggled with them a bit. In the end, the first two that she picked up have some paint scratched off. She picked up a third one with her finger, so that was left unscathed. In the end, I went for the first one that has the paint scratched off because the crystal is clearer. Still thankful that she offered me the choice. A male staff later helped me to coat the ear stud with vanish so that the crystal has a lower chance of falling off. Thankful towards him for going the extra mile.

A good location, workers there are very helpful and everything is neatly organized. This also extends to most of the outlets I've been to. A variety of items are sold and are reasonably priced.
