Tiger salesperson was ununderstanding and refused to listen to my explanation. The salesperson insisted that the defective item should be returned immediately, within one week or the next day. We bought the flask in preparation for our winter trip to China and needed to depart the next day, therefore we were unable to report the fault. We returned the item as soon as possible, the day after returning from China. Poor sales attitude towards the customer.

I was there to return my TV set-up box as the contract was over, but I ended up taking it back because I got a much better offer, from $50+ to $15. So, why not? Overall, I liked the service I received.

The location and proximity are good, but unfortunately, the service was subpar. Specifically, the queuing sequence was disorganized. The lady at the service counter was not friendly, became irritated when asked multiple questions, and seemed eager to end the conversation and move the line along quickly. She also wasn't fully aware of things and had difficulty communicating in English. I do not recommend visiting this center, as it will waste unnecessary time that could be better utilized.

"Absolutely poor customer service and experience. I came with the intention to clarify some details before renewing my contract but left with a horrid experience with Singtel. The long waiting time was terrible just to ask a simple question. The customer service officers who were roaming seemed to avoid customers, only attending when customers made it known they wanted help (one woman even had to shout loudly for assistance). When it was my turn, the customer service officer was very dismissive and didn't even bother to sell or introduce different plans that might be better suited for me, only offering yes or no answers. If you're not going to inform me of your plans and options so that I can continue to be a customer, then why should I? Horrendous customer service and experience; people should reconsider looking at other telcos."

I was helped by an Indian/Punjabi man, who appeared to be Sikh based on the bangle on his wrist. I didn't get his name, but he didn't have a very good attitude towards my father. He spoke rudely and was very curt, which wasn't very nice for someone in customer service. I hope he can improve, as the customer service here is usually good.

I had a great experience with Alan Hew at the store. He provided excellent and patient service, taking the time to explain important details, such as sharing the main land cable and what setup was right for me. The only thing he missed was taking my Yuu membership ID during the visit, because when signing up with Singtel, there is a linked membership card with Yuu to accumulate points. However, I went back, and his colleague helped to note it down and passed it to him. Overall, Alan was very knowledgeable about the products, guided me to make the right choices, and even introduced other useful items available in the store. Staff like him make customers feel valued and encourage us to return. Thank you, Alan, for the great service!

A publicly listed company that still can't get its processes and procedures right. I recently canceled three of my mobile lines and went to SingTel Parkway Parade to pay my bills. The staff told me that since I had canceled my mobile account, I had to go to SingTel Tampines Mall to pay the outstanding bill. What a joke, right? Traveling from the east to Tampines just to pay my bills, and I also can't pay using AXS because I've already canceled my account.

This is the first time I've been treated so rudely by a customer service officer, Navinder. He refused to help me with service, not even to give me an additional 10 minutes while I waited for headquarters to call back, as headquarters had asked him to be present for the call. He said he needed to serve waiting customers, even though it was still within my appointment time (I had barely sat down for 5 minutes). He just rudely refused to provide service and walked away. I would provide negative stars if possible. Soon Cheng, on the other hand, was an absolute star and kindly helped me out after witnessing the horrid treatment by Navinder. He was already able to work on the case before headquarters called (which only showed how Navinder was actually capable of doing the same, but simply refused to do so). It shows how much a little kindness and patience goes a long way!

I would like to commend Soon Cheng for his patience while explaining the different plans and for patiently answering the many questions we had. I honestly had given up on Singtel until I spoke to this sales staff. Singtel really needs more of these friendly staff members to support their services.
