伊勢丹 Isetan Tampines

I went to buy wacoal section to buy a bra today, the sales lady at the next Sorelle section did help me find the bra but she seemed disinterested and it was only after about 15mins i was told the sales person for the Wacoal section was unavailable. Had she told me before I would have left earlier. I was confused as i kept going to ask her and she kept neglecting me as if I didn’t exist and was busy with customer at Sorelle section. I understand you are not responsible for Wacoal but it was rude the way she behaved, its simple customer service be pleasant with all the customers!! Very disappointed wont be going back for sure!

Customer Service providing the cny red packet needs to be educated. For every receipt of $88 entitled to 1 x red packet. This includes whatever amount that a customer use to pay for the bill. Meaning if the customer uses their own credit card points to deduct the bill, this should be taken into the accounts. Please stop arguing with the customer! The bill is more important than $88 and the customer uses their credit card voucher to deduct some $. Please understand your own procedures !!! Lousy service!

11:30 sales people in shoes section are nowhere to be seen, very unhelpful

Bought two bed sets on last Saturday evening and spend almost $300+ in a receipt, cashier asked me need carrier charge 5 cents! I understand now we are having this save the earth exercise but I felt is no sense to ask customer need carrier or not cos I have already spend $300+ and just carrier not asking extra should give free !! Hope the management can understand customer’s feeling.

Most horrible customer service ever! They don't honour their return policy. Save your hard-earned money and shop on Shopee. At least they keep to their return policy. We bought an expensive pair of leather shoes for my husband whose laces kept coming undone. When we went to return it 2 days later, they refused to take it back even though the shoes were in perfect condition with tags, box, stuffing and all. Their reasoning was that they had been worn. Of course, they were out on the streets for a couple of hours which is how my husband came to realise the problem with the laces. We cleaned the shoes thoroughly before returning but the rude salesman refused to take back or exchange the pair. What's the point of a return policy that says it can be returned if it's in good condition when they would go back on their word?! Isetan is the most horrendous company ever. I'm going to file a case against them in the small claims court.

Tiger salesperson not understanding and refused to listen to explanation. Insisting that the defect good should be return immediately within one week or the next day. We bought the flask in preparation for our winter trip to China and needed to depart the next day. Therefore not able to report.tje fault. But we return ASAP the day after returning from china. Poor sales attitude towards customer

They do have a variety of products and staff are friendly. What I do not like is when you do shop for clothing from multiple brands in this store, you are given multiple slips to arrange payments first. Carry those receipt, walk back to those brand sections (eg. MS READ, Triumph) and collect what you had paid for. So if you are buying clothes from 3 brands, you walk around to 3 different sales person. How is this efficient and pleasant experience for shopper?

Had an unpleasant encounter with a pushy saleswoman at the Desigual counter. She seemed very unsure about recommending the appropriate size of jeans to suit the customer and prioritized making a sale. Firstly, she told me size 42 Jeans weren't available in-store but I found it hanging on the clothing rack to try. It fit me very well and I showed it to her to which she responded there's no new piece only size 44. I already know that it is going to be too big and baggy on me but she kept pushing for me to try despite voicing my concerns. She spoke in a very rude tone as if I'm getting in her way or something, umm this is your job? Secondly, the whole time I was in the changing room she was busy chitchatting so loudly with another saleswoman. She showed no professionalism at all. And to whomever manages the Desigual Branch at Isetan Tampines please train your staff better in terms of proving quality service and professional etiquette.
