I bought a windbreaker, size XL. It was the last piece available, and no new ones were in stock. The next day, I came back to exchange it because it was too big. Yet, they gave me a display set in size L. This will be my first and last time at this place.

I was blown away by all the little touches, from his suggestion that I sit down when he learned that I have osteoarthritis in my knees, to his informed recommendation, patiently listening to my needs, and directing me to the right pair of shoes that really helps me. In the end, I bought four pairs of the same shoe, as it fits me like a glove and it's hard for me to find a suitable one. He also helped me transfer the stock and called me to pick them up the next day. Though he is a young part-timer, his service shouts 'Excellence!'. May God bless Jethro!
