Kudos to Jethro, who made my day with his heartfelt service on Tuesday afternoon, July 30, 2024! I was blown away by all the little touches, from his suggestion that I sit down when he learned I have osteoarthritis in my knees to his informed recommendation. He patiently listened to my needs and directed me to the right pair of shoes that really helps me! In the end, I bought four pairs of the same shoe, as it fits me perfectly, and it's hard for me to find a suitable one. He also helped me transfer the stock and called me to pick it up the next day. Though he is a young part-timer, his service shouts "Excellence!" May God bless Jethro!

She is patient in listening to the customer's requirements, very knowledgeable about the various kinds of shoes and their specific uses, and she explains things in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
