The service attitude of the two store clerks was very good. Although the shoe model 998 I wanted to buy was not available in the store, they were still very professional and told me which store would have the shoe model I needed.

Excellent service by Carmen. She is patient in her listening of the requirement of the customer, very knowledgeable about the various kinds of shoes and their specific uses and she explains points in a very simple easy to understand way. I was very confused about what shoes to buy but felt very confident about my purchase after talking to her. It really shows you guys care about your customers!

Went to the store, wanting to try a pair of crop pants. It was not available at the store. The female staff was very helpful. Looked through the website and advised me that it was available at Changi City Point. Even wrote a note with the model number. Thanks!

Bought a windbreaker size XL.. new set unavailable last piece. The next day Came again to changed coz it's too big.. yet gv me a display set for size L. 1st and the last for this place.
