Parking the car is sometimes a bit problematic. People tend to hog the parking spaces near the entrance; that is my experience.

She was patient with me when I asked a lot of questions, even though it was just a free-of-charge appointment to ensure a good lens fitting. No hard sales, which I really appreciate. This gave me the time to actually decide on purchasing a half year's supply of monthlies. I am considering going back there to get a new pair of glasses. Thank you Jaserie!

Did not purchase my spectacles from here. However, I accidentally damaged my **spectacles** and needed some help. The team was kind to help tighten my **spectacles'** screws and fix **them** without question or charges. I really appreciate and thank the optometrist for their professionalism and kind help. The service was warm and great!

Here's the edited review:
Dane was very efficient in helping me order a new frame after I broke my old one.
However, I was disappointed that the frame ordered had European-fit nose pads, which caused my eyelashes to be very close to the lens.
They said they would help me order a new Asian-fit nose pad, but now they say they are out of stock and are suggesting I use the nose pad from my old broken frame instead of being clear that the company had discontinued Asian-fit nose pads. I felt it was unreasonable to proceed with the order without the appropriate nose pads being available.
Also, they mentioned they would text me when they had an update, but so far they've just been calling me and expecting me to return their missed calls when I am unable to pick up.
I likely won't return to this shop or recommend it to anyone.
