When I relocated from Banda Street to Tempines Street 42, my wife paid for the OpenNet relocation. However, when MyRepublic relocated my fiber broadband to Tempines, they also collected a relocation fee for the fiber broadband and the OpenNet fee.
I called MyRepublic and asked them why they were charging for OpenNet, as my wife had already paid for it. MyRepublic then agreed to deduct this amount from my monthly bill, but they never fully deducted the amount my wife paid for OpenNet.
My contract with MyRepublic expired on July 17, 2024. On July 16th, MyRepublic staff came to my house, and I returned all the items to them. However, it's now the end of September, and I still haven't received my deposit money back. I had already emailed them my bank account details.
I am helpless and don't know where to seek help. If anybody knows about my case or where to seek help, please let me know. ππ»

Owing to sudden job relocation, we had to leave Singapore unexpectedly. This isn't an unusual event in a country with so many expats. MyRepublic was very unhelpful and unsympathetic when we had to close our account. They offered no guidance or assistance on options for transferring ownership. When we attempted to do this ourselves, they made it so difficult that the other party withdrew. As a result, we are left paying for the remaining 18 months, even though we will leave and new tenants will have their own network. So they have cost us money, time, and effort, in addition to their appalling customer service. They have not responded to my emails or made any conciliatory gesture. Do not sign up with them!
I give them no stars for this review but had to put one to be able to post.

I was at the Tampines Mall Innisfree shop looking for blusher. The staff told me it was sold out and walked back to the colleague she was talking to. So I walked over to the Laneige shop and browsed, but found no makeup products. Next, I walked over to the Bobbi Brown shop. It was my first time entering.
I was greeted by a Chinese lady who seemed friendly. She asked me what I was looking for and introduced a few products. She then asked me to take a seat and if I was okay to try out the products. I said yes. I felt welcomed by her greetings and service. Unlike the other two shops, I bought an eyeshadow stick, lip cream, and a limited-edition blusher-cum-highlighter. I was a happy customer and had a great experience at Bobbi Brown Tampines Mall!
I'm sorry, I've forgotten the name of the Chinese lady. It was on May 22nd, around noon, when I was shopping there. She made my day worthwhile, and I happily tried out the makeup the next day. Keep up the good customer service!

I really wish your boss sees this. I was trying to find a perfect concealer duo. I went twice and bought a color corrector, which was the wrong shade. I bought a new concealer, but its undertone is completely yellow, and I have cool-toned skin. Your sales associate is very lacking in product knowledge, never really apologized for the first experience, and I still got an unsuitable product.

Great service by Billi! I was running out of lipstick, so I decided to try my first Bobbi Brown lipstick. Billi was very helpful and patient with me. She even applied the lipstick on my lips, and I immediately liked it and bought it! π«ΆπΌ β¦

This place is friendlier than the Orchard branch. I have been going for their eyebrow trimming for 2 years. Both Net and Fiona are very patient and meticulous, leaving no stray hair behind.

During my visit to Bobbi Brown in Tampines, I noticed they were making announcements about their foundation products. As I was interested in finding a foundation for myself, I paid attention to the announcements. However, there was a lady distributing bottles of coffee, and I felt judged by her based on my uniform. Despite passing by me multiple times, she never offered me coffee. Initially, I thought she hadn't noticed me, but by the end of my visit, she still hadn't acknowledged me. I was genuinely interested in purchasing foundation from Bobbi Brown, but feeling judged by your staff left me upset and disappointed.

I had such a great experience when I was there on Feb. 5th in the evening. I didn't catch the MUA's name, but it was such pleasant service that I was immediately sold on the products she let me test. When I got my shade matched, it was quite a good customer experience. She clipped my hair, moisturized, prepped my skin, even set it, and asked if I would like to try any concealer or other products to finish the look. I highly appreciate her service and the way she appears to be happy and passionate about serving her clients. 10/10. Highly recommend! I only wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a shoutout.
