Horrible.
I bought a guanciale from Cut Butchery two days ago, and it was sour.
When cooking the guanciale, it smelled so awful and had a very strong pig smell.
The meat had a very sour and weird taste to it. I'm very sure it was spoiled, despite coming in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Really disappointing.

Bert and Jason are amazing at what they do at Cut Butchery. Their extensive knowledge of various meat cuts is truly impressive—they can explain the unique characteristics of each cut, from marbling patterns to ideal cooking methods. Whether you're looking for the perfect ribeye, specialty game meats, or advice on how to prepare a brisket, their expertise shines through.
They take the time to understand your preferences and cooking abilities, then make spot-on recommendations. Their passion for quality meat is evident in how they tell you about the sourcing, aging process, and flavor profiles of everything in their display case.
Cut Butchery is lucky to have such knowledgeable butchers who elevate the shopping experience.

I have ordered a tiramisu cake for my husband's birthday. The taste was okay, but it wasn't authentic tiramisu. But overall, the cake was fresh and well-balanced.

Was at Tampines Mall this morning. Asked for 2 pieces of sugar roll, and the staff pulled a long face and banged things around. What kind of attitude? If not happy, please don’t work, because I am there to buy cakes, not to see your attitude. Really pissed off.

Last Thursday, I bought the marble cake from Tampines Mall outlet, and the cake was a bit hard and not soft.

The chicken curry puff is good, but not the vegetable puff. I bought them yesterday and had them for breakfast this morning. Not worth $2.10. You're only eating pastry; the inside is hollow with so little vegetables. They are making a profit.

I had a $20 voucher and bought $20 worth of items. Their curry puff is nicer than their pies. If I ever have a $20 voucher to spend on Polar items, I will go for their curry puffs. I also saw a review mentioning their otah puff is good.
Their sugar rolls are usually what I buy, and they're a good sweet treat, although prices have increased from $1.10 to $1.30.
I bought the last pineapple almond tart at $1.70, but when I came back and checked, I realized they forgot to pack it.
I will head back and inform them the next time I'm at the mall.

At the Tampines Mall branch, all item prices have increased significantly. For example, a chicken pie with little filling costs $3.
I've also noticed a few times that the chicken pie and black pepper chicken puff are not as warm at the Punggol branch.
Regarding the custard puff: Although it's placed inside the glass display with other egg tarts, it should ideally be stored with cakes in a cooler temperature. I prefer the custard cold. At the Punggol branch, due to very limited shop space, individually airtight-sealed/wrapped items are placed above the glass display.

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members at the counter, Rehana. She spoke to me in a very rude manner. Initially, I ordered three sugar rolls, but within a minute, I changed my order to two sugar rolls and one chocolate roll. Despite not having paid yet, she raised her voice and insisted that I pay for four sugar rolls because she had already prepared them.

Here's an edited version with minimal changes:
"Straightforward service from the staff. Simply select your cake and make payment, as no extensive customer service is needed. Shopee Pay, ShopBack, and PayWave are accepted. There are many options for cakes, and they all look and taste delicious!"
