I ordered Honey Green Tea with brown sugar pearls, but I only realised they forgot my pearls upon reaching home. Slow service as well.

Here's an edited version with minimal changes to improve grammar and readability: I ordered a mango delight from this outlet. The staff at the counter and collection point were playing around on their phones and chatting. One staff member, after drinking her own drink, then passed my drink to me. I had ordered less sugar, but it still tasted super sweet.

Super rude service from two female staff for my purchase. I wanted to get my 400g pack mixed with two flavours, but she was so impatient when I asked about the price. The double chocolate chip needed additional charges because it was higher priced, so she suggested I get only 100g of that and 300g of the other flavour. In the end, she proceeded to pack 200g of each and charged me an additional cost for it. It was too crowded for me to ask for it to be changed. Unpleasant experience. I paid 30 cents for a nicer plastic bag, and she even said loudly, "If you want a nice box, then you should buy one of the gift boxes!"

Here's the edited review: Every time I walk past a Famous Amos outlet, the sweet, toasty scent of freshly baked cookies wafts up my nose and really ignites my senses. I rarely know anyone who can resist the magical smell of these delicious little treats! Famous Amos cookies are something I would buy to treat myself after overcoming an examination or something of that sort. They have that kind of comforting or rewarding effect on me every time I eat them. Thus, although I know they are much more expensive than regular cookies, I am totally willing to pay that price for the feeling of a reward. Also, for 100g, you get about 7 or 8 cookies, and the small amount makes them seem even more special, and I savour every single one. Even though the amount is so little, I am still willing to share them with my friends because they taste so good I have to let them try them too. The cookies have a very unique, sandy texture, yet they do not crumble easily. You still get the satisfaction of the crunch, yet they also easily melt in your mouth. It is not a taste that is easily described, and the best way to understand is to try it yourself! My favourite is always the Double Chocolate Chip & Pecan, a definite must-try for all cookie lovers!

The female staff member attending to me was very rude, unfriendly, and impatient. There were no other customers behind me, just me, and I was trying to ask about the number of flavors and some promotions. She was very impatient the entire time, and while I was deciding, she simply walked away. Then I saw another promotion and asked if two 180g bags could be mixed with two flavors. She said yes, but it was actually one flavor per bag. She also charged me an extra $1 for the “premium” flavor without informing me. Since she had already packed it, I had no choice but to accept. When I asked her why there was an extra $1 charge, she impatiently pointed to the poster and told me to read it myself. Best cookies, but worst service! I suspect it was the same Malay lady who is still serving customers despite all the complaints.

Nice cookies, but customer service definitely needs improvement. The Malay lady was a little unfriendly. I wanted to see the type of packaging as I was buying it as a gift, and she showed me the bag with an annoyed face. She seemed impatient and sealed the bag haphazardly. Currently, there’s a promotion for two 150g cookie bags for $19.90, which is quite a good value and great for gifting, but only with selected flavours.

I'm not sure if they've changed the recipe, as the macadamia nuts seem to be chopped into smaller bits. I'm always a fan of macadamia cookies where you can enjoy both the cookie and the nuts together, but this time, I bought the 300g bag on promo. I couldn't taste the nuts at all. The nuts were just small, chopped bits. I ate a few pieces but couldn't find any with big nuts. Almost a quarter of the bag was gone, but there were still no big chunks in the cookies. I couldn't even taste the macadamia flavor like the usual ones I always buy. Bought on Wednesday around 8 PM.

The Friday evening crew on May 9th were so polite and helpful. Despite the crowd and long queue, the two girls were professionally explaining what my packed flavours were. Thank you!

Waited in line for about 20 minutes. When it was our turn, the original cookies were all gone, as they were busy packing for a delivery order. To make matters worse, they then told me to wait for 25 minutes while they packed two 400g portions of original cookies. They clearly prioritized the delivery order over people who were queuing in person. Really ridiculous clowns!
