I enrolled my children in Think N’ Ink and I Love Reading, and the program has been excellent. The curriculums are well-designed, and the teachers are engaging and supportive. My children enjoyed attending their weekly lessons. I recommend this program for additional enrichment in English.

The staff at Tampines center are incredibly skilled and supportive. They have a deep understanding of English education and always encourage my kid to do their best. My child looks forward to every lesson and has a lot of fun and learns with Teacher Joan.

I asked the cashier (presumably a part-timer) what the strawberry Jing Syuan tea was. She responded with an "Errrr," then she said it was tea mixed with strawberry. When I asked her if it was green tea or red tea, she didn't know and asked her other staff. The other staff said, "It's just strawberry with tea." My god. I had to Google to confirm it was oolong tea. Then, upon collection, she forgot to give me the strawberry plush, and I had to ask her for it. Kindly educate your staff more. You're selling a $7-$8 bubble tea, but your staff doesn't even know what tea they are selling...

Pearls were cooked very nicely. Sweetness was just right. Nice and friendly staff too! PLEASE BRING BACK DA HONG PAO MILK TEA T_T Last time, 3-4 years ago, you took away my favorite drink (some milk tea) and replaced it with Da Hong Pao. Now you've taken away this drink too!!! Zzzzz

Ordered our drink, and had to wait 20+ minutes before we could get it. We saw they had made the drink (just milk tea and pearl), and it was sitting on the inside counter. The girls working there checked it, but just continued ignoring us, drinking their own drinks and pretending to be busy, instead of preparing it. We only received our drinks when we specifically asked one of the girls. We hope the service will be better in the future.

Tried the Snow Mountain Salted Caramel Frappe, which had a 'recommended' logo... it was horrible :( I googled and found some comments stating it was coffee-based, but I tasted none in the drink. Even if it was not coffee-based, the drink was so tasteless and diluted: it tasted like mostly blended ice with some caramel... wasted my $4.90 😭

Dare I say one of the best, if not the absolute best LiHo — no, the best bubble tea store I have ever been to! ❤️ Firstly, I was served by the most gorgeous, amazingly sweet gal at the counter who greeted me with a smile that could melt a thousand hearts. Her voice was the most melodious, mesmerizing sound I have ever heard. I was immediately smitten. As I was paying for my drink with cash, our hands accidentally brushed against each other, and my heart stopped as I looked up and caught her gaze 🥵 I wanted to ask her for her number, but I was just too shy. I will forever regret not doing so, because she's the love of my life. I did catch her name on her name tag, though: Aina. Every day, I only wish I could see her again.

I ordered Honey Green Tea with brown sugar pearls, but I only realised they forgot my pearls upon reaching home. Slow service as well.

The staff member was absolutely unfriendly, serving with an unhappy expression and attitude. She did not listen carefully when we were placing our order. Even though my grandson showed her his school identity, she just upsized the classic tea without asking if he wanted it and then charged him more. She also delayed our order, skipping our queue number for others until I had to check. Is this attitude acceptable to management? Please look into this.
