Horrible.
I bought a guanciale from Cut Butchery two days ago, and it was sour.
When cooking the guanciale, it smelled so awful and had a very strong pig smell.
The meat had a very sour and weird taste to it. I'm very sure it was spoiled, despite coming in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Really disappointing.

A wide range of marinated salmon, chicken chop/wings/drumlets are available and fresh. It's best to cook on the day of purchase or the next day. Friendly, helpful staff.

Bought a **slab of ribeye** steak from them, total $130+. Initially, they **said they would** give us a discount. After weighing the meat at the usual price, **no** discount was mentioned. We **had** to ask them about the discount. Only then, they **said they would** give a **10%** discount. Service is poor, as they only gave a small bag of ice and one **plastic bag** for the whole 8 pieces of ribeye. Only when I requested another bag of ice and **a** plastic bag **did they provide them**.
