Chris was very professional while attending to our request to change my daughter's two-month-old Hoya transition lens to a non-transition lens. As there was no change in prescription, Hoya was not willing to replace the lens for free. Chris tried her best and spent many days discussing with Hoya to convince them to allow the change. Her dedication and commitment to providing the best service to her customers were clearly demonstrated when she tirelessly followed through until she reached an agreement with Hoya to allow the change. Chris also did a thorough eye check for my daughter to ensure clear and comfortable vision before the lens change. We would like to thank Chris for all her help.

I went last week and had my glasses ready in just a week. I had a fantastic experience with the male staff member who served me. He was very detailed when explaining the lenses and coating as I was getting my glasses. You can tell he's very attentive when it comes to customer service.
There was a wide selection of glasses from different brands to choose from. I would recommend everyone who needs new glasses to come and get theirs here.
