We had a very bad experience with this shop's salesman. The salesman, who wears glasses, had a bad attitude. He didn't explain the features and kept forcing the massage chair type he wanted to sell, making us feel uncomfortable. When I wanted to try the 8K chair, he was reluctant and lectured me, saying I would be confused, etc. What's wrong with giving it a try for 5 minutes, to give a customer a good experience? Only happy customers will buy. And I know how to manage my spending; I don't need a lecture. I just need proper service to make a decision. We looked casual, but that doesn't mean we don't have a budget. During that time, there were no other customers. We quickly left the shop. It's a pity for Oto that they hired this type of salesperson who will drive sales away.

June 27, 2025, 3-4 PM. The uncle attendant displayed a poor attitude. He claimed there was no AI scan for a lower-priced model (which it actually has) and then brushed me off with a tone of disdain when I refused to consider models priced at 6K and up. Absolutely unprofessional.

I recently bought a massage chair, and it's very comfortable. The various massage modes allow me to relax quickly after a day's work, especially the kneading and heating functions, which are really effective!
