I accompanied one of my friends there. The salesman didn't even bother much to explain. Earning easy money, I guess. 🤑

Owing to sudden job relocation, we had to leave Singapore unexpectedly. This isn't an unusual event in a country with so many expats. MyRepublic was very unhelpful and unsympathetic when we had to close our account. They offered no guidance or assistance on options for transferring ownership. When we attempted to do this ourselves, they made it so difficult that the other party withdrew. As a result, we are left paying for the remaining 18 months, even though we will leave and new tenants will have their own network. So they have cost us money, time, and effort, in addition to their appalling customer service. They have not responded to my emails or made any conciliatory gesture. Do not sign up with them! I give them no stars for this review but had to put one to be able to post.

Be wary of the sign-up process at the shop. The agent wanted the customer to key in credit card details, including the CVV code, directly into their laptop without first presenting the alternative of scanning a QR code to complete the payment on the customer's own phone. The agent also tried to play dumb when asked to clear out cookies on the SingPass URL after logging into their laptop to retrieve SingPass MyInfo. Highly suspicious.

Worst service I have ever seen. The Wi-Fi was down for almost 4 days, and there was no communication about what was causing the outage or how long it was estimated to be out. By far the worst internet company. Avoid at all costs.

Beware of poor service from MyRepublic Singapore. I made the mistake of renewing my home fibre broadband with them, and I'm suffering from intermittent internet disruptions every few months. Their customer service system is horrible. There is no support after 6 PM and on weekends. I have to keep repeating authentication when the in-app chat logs me out automatically. The phone hotline has very long wait times, and it took about 2 hours on average to resolve the same recurring issue I had.

I've been using this since 2017. Good network, and good and hassle-free services from the sales staff.

When I relocated from Banda Street to Tempines Street 42, my wife paid for the OpenNet relocation. However, when MyRepublic relocated my fiber broadband to Tempines, they also collected a relocation fee for the fiber broadband and the OpenNet fee. I called MyRepublic and asked them why they were charging for OpenNet, as my wife had already paid for it. MyRepublic then agreed to deduct this amount from my monthly bill, but they never fully deducted the amount my wife paid for OpenNet. My contract with MyRepublic expired on July 17, 2024. On July 16th, MyRepublic staff came to my house, and I returned all the items to them. However, it's now the end of September, and I still haven't received my deposit money back. I had already emailed them my bank account details. I am helpless and don't know where to seek help. If anybody knows about my case or where to seek help, please let me know. 🙏🏻 Thank you.

Wouldn't recommend MR corporate broadband. It was a huge regret signing up for our corporate accounts.

If you are considering MyRepublic, I urge you to please consider another internet provider.
