I took my new Michael Kors watch to Tampines Mall on March 22 to have the strap fixed. I didn't really check as I was rushing to work. To my horror, my stainless steel strap was full of scratches, and there were two pins bulging out because he didn't fix it properly. The clasp couldn't close and kept coming undone after I put it on. This was truly poor and unprofessional service. I will not go back.

Just loved the chicken burger 🍔, Mediterranean rice 🍚, and potato 🥔 wedges. All of them were yummy 😋.
The overall decor of the place was quite good and colourful.

Always my go-to place. I even know the Auntie who is a very awesome waitress there. I've been visiting this place for 6 years, and today's experience, thanks to the manager Zaki (I'm not sure of his exact name, I just asked the Auntie), was on another level. The food I ordered was sold out via the app, but he offered me to dine in instead of getting my food and going home, even though it was a bit late. After that, he offered me a free soup because he saw I came from work and looked really tired. I just wanted to treat myself today, and yes! It was indeed amazing! I hope Nando's will recognize him and the Auntie who is always happy to greet me whenever she sees me.

Middle of the road eatery.
In terms of "Western"-type cuisine, it definitely hits the mark. As an American, I'm quite familiar.
However, its high prices don't completely reflect the product or service.
The dine-in area was noisy due to the young and quite vocal staff goofing off, and the overhead music was just short of blasting. Turning down the dial on both could have resulted in a much more accommodating experience.
The chicken was tasty. The sides were pretty basic and uninspiring. This was kind of like the overall dine-in experience: memorable, but in a bad way.
Did I mention the high prices are pretty exciting? So, there's that.
I'd go back if all my other go-to options are exhausted.
Yum. Survival and guilt food at boutique prices, and bored staff.

We had a great time dining here! The food is warm and flavorful; the honey chicken is crispy outside and savory on the inside. My favorite is the Portobello mushroom, which is so yummy. The brownies are also a must-try; they are served warm, which I really liked!
The service is WOW! Thank you, Manager Riza, for accommodating us and giving us a 5-star service! We will definitely go back!

Located on Level 1 of Tampines Mall. It's usually not crowded, and plenty of seats are available. The restaurant has 2 levels of seating.
Food is prompt and generally tasty. Service is average.
There are no handwashing or toilet facilities in the restaurant.
The restaurant's cleanliness can be improved.
