Order at the self-service kiosk if you want to use a coupon. Witness their handling of the peak hour rush. During dinner time, orders spiked, but the staff did their best to fulfill orders and serve customers. Kudos to the team! They managed to clear orders promptly. The food was great. Highly recommended!

I had asked for my takeaway order to start with 6xxx, rather than the dine-in 3xxx. However, they called out my order, and it was for dine-in. The crew was dreaming. Worse, when packing, fingers touched my fries (world-class hygiene!), and half the packet of fries was already on the tray, leaving me with only half a packet of fries. Unbelievable service standards!

Although I have no words for the cleanliness, the BK looks so vintage, and I like vintage. The service here, however, is very nice. The manager always assists the workers if they are confused (from what I assume and see), and they always accommodate the customers. The food is nice. I get to watch people when I sit downstairs, and when I sit on the second floor, I can enjoy the cushioned seating.

Nice place to have breakfast, though many tables are dirty and have food stains on them. Located outside, between Tampines Mall and Century Square.
The decor, however, is nice and has a modern feel. The food is the usual BK fare, and as a fan of BK, it offers decent quality and speedy service. The breakfast menu's potato tots with sour cream and the ham and egg croissant are delicious! Improve cleanliness, and it would be great.

The staff are extremely friendly, and the food is very enjoyable to eat.
The music they play, if any, is very nice to listen to while I eat. The environment is extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing, making me feel so much at home.
The staff have a very good sense of urgency, and my food always comes out hot.
I will eat here more often. I love BK!!

I loved the staff. The food was also fresh and served almost immediately; the moment I ordered, it was already placed on the tray. The burgers are always so stuffed, which makes me very satisfied.
The tables are always cleaned immediately after customers finish eating. The other customers and the staff were very considerate. The frames and lighting make me feel like I'm in a very vintage restaurant.
Overall, I'd like to eat here again. Compared to other Burger Kings I went to, this is probably one of the best I've stepped foot into.

This outlet lacks consistency. My items are either extremely dry or very well done. New employees should be trained more in this regard, as I should not have to let my meal quality be a dice roll. I expect a certain standard.

Look at the portions. This is the second time I've come here, and the food isn't worth it. It's a fast-food restaurant that isn't cheap and isn't very tasty. How is this worth $14.10?
I can literally get an upsized Double Cheeseburger meal for $7.20. The Taro pie didn't even have much taro, and my drink was only filled three-quarters full. This meal was $6.95, and it was extremely tiny. I'm not coming back to any BK stores.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were greeted by an outlet manager who looked like he had been forced to work here. He was half-hearted in answering our questions, and we had to figure out how to redeem the vouchers on our own. When our order came with the robot, we had to retrieve the dishes on our own. After some time, we suspected that our food delivery was incorrect. It took us a very long time, and we couldn't catch anyone's attention to assist us. As a result, we proactively spoke to someone who then left without taking any action. In our second attempt to get assistance, the manager kindly confirmed that our food was indeed wrong. She changed our food and gave us a 10% discount for our meal. Although I appreciate the service recovery effort, I feel that our experience could have been more pleasant, which was unfortunately not the case.
Conclusion: Do not patronise on Sundays, as they are understaffed, which affects the service and the dining experience.
Note: The birthday dessert came without a candle. This confirms the poor level of service and our disappointing dining experience.
