Went there after a movie to grab a quick bite. As vegetarians, we didn't have many options, so we settled for a large order of fries. The quantity was okay, but the fries were all soggy. It felt like they had been sitting for a while and were not even warmed before serving. The taste was bland, with no salt or seasoning.

I tried the Mala Chicken Mcrispy, and it's not bad. The chicken has a good balance of spiciness, and it was tender and juicy. The crispy skin was the best part.

I was having dinner at 7 PM with my son in front of the pickup order area. One of the customers spilled a drink on the floor while taking a tray from the counter. The drink spilled, and the manager (a guy) on duty saw it. He didn't even offer him a new drink and just told his staff to go and mop the floor! The staff went to mop the floor, and after mopping, I asked her, "Why wasn't there a replacement for the customer who spilled the drink?" Guess what? She said, "I'm busy mopping the floor; my hands are dirty." I don't know why no one else helped to replace his drink. After she mopped the floor, she came to ask me, "May I know which customer needed the replacement drink?" I had to point to her. 😳 What kind of customer service does Mac have? So disappointed with their service! If I didn't tell the staff, it meant no one would pass him a new drink!!!

This McDonald's outlet looks like it's been there for a very long time. I remember always going there when I was a student. Today, I purposely went there to find a Mario Peach Princess Kart. I was so lucky they had ONE left! The manager was so kind and helpful. He told me, "One left, you want? Buy now!" Haha, I had just had lunch, but I really needed the toy for my daughter, so I purchased it immediately when I heard there was only one left. I was so happy! And my girl was so happy too; she held onto it no matter what: dinner time, sleeping time, and even brought it to school.

On my rare day off from the hustle and bustle of running Zheng ZiChar, I decided to treat myself to something different. I headed to McDonald’s to try their new festive menu items. The moment I walked in, the golden arches seemed to say, “HUAT ah!”
Curious and excited, I ordered a little bit of everything:
* Prosperity Beef Burger
* Fortune Prosperity Beef Burger
* Prosperity Twister Fries
* Pineapple Pie
The first bite of the Fortune Prosperity Burger immediately reminded me of Chinese New Year vibes. The beef patty, coated in a rich black pepper sauce, was both flavorful and comforting. It was like prosperity in every bite!
Then came the Prosperity Twister Fries, which were crispy and perfectly seasoned. They were such a fun twist on the classic fries—both literally and flavor-wise.
For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Pineapple Pie. The sweet and tangy pineapple filling was warm and delightful, a perfect way to end the meal.
As I savored each bite, I couldn’t help but feel the festive spirit. Taking time to try something new reminded me how much joy even a simple meal can bring.
I left McDonald’s feeling recharged and ready to head back to Zheng ZiChar, inspired by how food has the power to bring happiness and a sense of celebration.

Not sure why, but the fries these days at Tampines Mall seem to be dry, stale, cold, and overcooked. They have that paper-dry cardboard feel! Please do something about this, as it's only 11:00 AM, not peak hours.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience at McDonald's today! The female floor manager (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly attentive and remembered my usual request perfectly, even though I had only mentioned it once before. Her warm and efficient service made my morning so much better. The food preparation staff was also great, ensuring everything was fresh and well-prepared. Truly impressed by the team's dedication—thank you!

Yummy big breakfast! 😍😍😍 Fillet-O-Fish, nuggets, and French fries are also very yummy. 🍔🍟🥤 The coffee tastes bland. Topping up for a cappuccino would make it taste better. 😌😌😌 The hash brown and chilli sauce are very yummy. 😋😋😋 Fillet-O-Fish and French fries are delicious too. 🤩🤩🤩
