Birthday treat for my mum with a good spread of food. No-pork, no-lard fried rice and 3-egg vegetables were available for my helper. Love the cockles, bamboo prawn, and 100-minute yellow croaker fish! Their chilli sauce is a must-try, and my mum wanted to tabao the sauce, to which I replied that it's not "tabaoable" 🤣 Their signature noodle is great as usual. Tried their corn drink, which was well-liked by my mum! Sweet and sour pork lychees were good too! Tampines Mall has wheelchair-accessible parking at B3. It's best to go early, before 12 PM, when there's less of a crowd!

It was very unfortunate that the “pen cai” we had ordered for our reunion dinner this year was disappointing. We had always ordered from Putien every year. This year, the ingredients were not fresh at all. The mushroom was sour and the abalone was hard. This made me wonder if the mushrooms had actually gone bad. Additionally, the prawns were not fresh. We hope something can be done, or we might not re-purchase in the future. For the price we paid, I feel we deserve a quality that justifies the cost.

Here's an edited version of the review: - For our weekday dinner, no reservations were required for five people. - The deep-fried eggplant with pork floss and sweet and sour pork were excellent. Highly recommended, 10/10. - Nice seating area. - Service was fantastic. Our server patiently explained dish portions and ingredients, asked if we had any food allergies, and even helped portion out the cabbage rice. - Credit cards accepted. - They gave us free Putien tote bags. - We will definitely return!

I was disappointed with both the food quality and the service. The quality of the food was not up to expectations. Several dishes lacked flavor, and some appeared to be overcooked or poorly prepared. Additionally, many items ran out quickly without being replenished, which left limited options for guests. There was also a noticeable lack of variety in the buffet, and I felt that the selection was quite limited compared to what I had anticipated. Moreover, the service did not meet the standard I expected. Staff were not as attentive as needed, and it took longer than expected to get assistance or to have certain food items restocked.

Came here for the second time. There are many delicious dishes. Ordered their signature Lor Mee, shredded pork with bun, fried brinjal with pork floss, and spinach soup with eggs. The chili is also very delicious. All are strongly recommended. Service is excellent, and food is served within 10 minutes, except for the Lor Mee. Ambience is great. A major plus point is no GST and service charge, which can help you save quite a lot. The prices have remained unchanged since last year, too.

I was at the Tampines Mall outlet for the hi-tea buffet. The buffet setup was cozy, like a small home party, with no frills. Food was refilled at a reasonable speed. They served bamboo shoots, braised tau kwa, green and red pepper fried with pork belly, fried cauliflower, fried yam with a small amount of black fungus, fried cabbage, fried rice, porridge, and their signature white Bee Hoon. The dishes were tasty. The initial servings of the green pepper dish had pork belly, but subsequent servings contained only the greens. The signature white Bee Hoon was similar. Initially, there were shredded pork, green vegetables, and tau kwa, but subsequent servings were just plain white Bee Hoon. Dessert was Lian Zi Mu Er Geng (lotus seed and white fungus dessert soup), but there were no lotus seeds present. We were quite disappointed, especially since we were there for their signature white Bee Hoon. It seemed more like a vegetarian meal. There was not a single meat dish. For me, I found it wasn't worth $19.80/pax.

The dining experience was absolutely amazing! The food was so authentically Fujian, and the service was top-notch. Here are some of my favorite dishes: * Sweet & Sour Deep Fried Fish - It was so tasty! * Heng Hwa Bee Hoon - A must-try! * Heng Hwa Lor Mee - The noodles were so chewy and delicious. * Lychee Sweet & Sour Pork - The sweetness of the lychees paired perfectly with the pork. * Stir Fried Kai Lan with Beancurd Skin - The stir-fry was so flavorful, and the beancurd skin added a unique flavor. * Deep Fried Yam - The yam was so crispy and delicious.

The food we ordered was good and tasty. It met our expectations. The staff was friendly and not pushy. We ordered a soup, a Hokkien-style law mee, fried vegetables, and a crispy fried chicken. The price was reasonable.

Serene was very helpful when I had a dilemma during my purchase. She took out all the possible charms that I might like and took the time to let me choose. I didn't feel rushed, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you once again! :)
