I had a great experience at the store today, thanks to Serene’s patience and helpfulness. I used Atome to pay, which required a face scan for Singpass verification. I encountered an issue and had to wait at least 10 minutes to complete the scan. Throughout the entire process, Serene was extremely patient and supportive. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

The pho here is average — neither good nor bad, just passable. Service was quite fast, even at dinner time; however, the noodles were clumpy, and the beef tasted mediocre. The soup was decent, but this is clearly just a place to fill your stomach, not to indulge in nice Vietnamese food. The taugey (beansprouts) provided were also very scant. The beef portion was slightly lacking too. But while meat is expensive, what's the excuse for so little beansprout?
