Suitable for solo travelers.
This Vietnamese-style restaurant is a chain, and their basic beef noodle set is quite good. The beef is tender, and the seasoning is authentic. However, they tend to use a bit too much salt; while it can enhance flavor, it can leave diners quite thirsty after the meal.
Initially, I ordered for delivery, but their service was not good; the soup would often spill during transit. You can only enjoy the soup when dining in.
In terms of value for money, it's quite reasonable, making it a restaurant you can visit regularly.

Got here at 1 PM on a weekday. The crowd was just starting to thin out, and we got to pick our seats.
Chose 3 vegetarian dishes and had the lemongrass drink (was a bit diluted).
Vegetarian summer roll was refreshing and went well with the accompanying chilli sauce.
Stir-fried pho noodles were tasty and chewy. It's a good portion for two to share if you want to try different dishes.
Mango and papaya salad was the best among the three. It was tasty and flavourful. It was well balanced.
We ordered the Pho with a fried meatball. (5/10)
And: The Bun noodles — the shallots and nuts were soft and stale.
Water cost 50 cents, which I detest. Why should food outlets charge for water in Singapore?

I've been here more than 3 times.
Overall, the food was acceptable.
However, the waiting time can be slightly longer during peak hours, approximately 10-15 minutes.
As it's a Vietnamese restaurant, their coffee is typically good.

The food was good – I had the Vegetarian Fried Rice with Lychee Iced Tea.
There was a 10-minute wait at lunch, so factor that in if you're going at lunchtime.
The ambience was nice.

So Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant. The food was quite authentic.
Chillies and sauces are available to add for taste.
I had a nice experience with the pho noodle soup and a unique starter.
It's located next to Kopitiam in Tampines Mall and is open until 9:30 PM, like most restaurants in Singapore.

Nice Vietnamese food. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well, but the non-vegetarian is better.

The rice rolls taste good, and the pho wasn't bad. However, it takes a long time to get my order. Moreover, the fried rice had one long strand of hair on it, and it was disgusting. I didn't take a photo since I had already given it back to the server, who was nice. It made me doubt the hygiene of the kitchen.

I recently visited M1 to recontract both my mobile and broadband services, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, efficient, and professional.
Henry Tan, who attended to me, was outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable and well-versed in the recontracting procedures for both mobile and broadband plans. What stood out most was his ability to break down complex information into clear, easy-to-understand explanations. Every available plan, promotion, and pricing detail was carefully outlined, and he helped me compare the options to find the best value according to my needs.
He was also very patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions without rushing through the process. Despite having multiple customers to attend to, I never once felt neglected. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and articulate communication truly made a difference.
Additionally, I appreciated how Henry explained the benefits of upgrading to newer plans, the cost breakdown, contract terms, and any additional perks or device bundles that came with the recontract. It was clear that he had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to push a sale.
Overall, I left M1 feeling confident in my recontract decisions and well-informed. This level of customer service reflects very positively on M1. I highly recommend M1 to anyone looking for reliable mobile and broadband services, especially if you value clear communication, patient assistance, and a customer-first approach.
