Here's the edited review: Had a great dining experience at Seoul Garden! Crystal is friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our requests. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table promptly. She kept checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed, and she is always polite and cheerful despite the busy crowd.

Here's the edited review: The staff were very friendly, especially the cashier who helped us with the membership redemption. The Indian staff were also very helpful, serving and clearing up dishes. The food is super good, especially the aged beef. It was delicious, and no food was wasted. Just a couple of suggestions: 1) The non-spicy soup would be better with more variety. 2) Kids' utensils would be better.

Here's the edited review: I’m happy to come here time and again with my family for a scrumptious yet simple K-BBQ. The selection of meat, sauces, and vegetables is sufficient, and when cooked, they are so yummy. I love the passionate service from staff member Crystal, who helped us make a special sauce from the sauces section. Her cheeriness and dedication in helping us made our dining experience feel at home :). Would definitely come back again. Thank you! 😍

Here's an edited version focusing on grammar and minor readability improvements: "Mr. Haroon let us try his sauce. That was truly going the extra mile, and the good service extended to all the other staff. Maintain these standards and keep up the good work that Seoul Garden currently offers."

Seoul Garden has always been our go-to for a satisfying Korean buffet, and our first visit to the Tampines Mall outlet did not disappoint. Special thanks to Evan, who was an absolute delight while serving us — attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Kudos as well to Lisa, who was tremendously helpful throughout our meal. Great service really elevated our dining experience!

I would like to commend Crystal for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. I’ve had the pleasure of being served by her at both the Bugis Junction and Tampines Mall outlets, and each time she left a lasting impression. Crystal is consistently friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented — always ready to assist with a smile and genuinely eager to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Whether it’s taking orders, attending to special requests, or simply checking in with guests, she does it all with professionalism and grace. It’s clear that she takes pride in her role and goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome and valued. Her positive energy and dedication truly enhance the atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you, Crystal, for your excellent service. Staff like you make all the difference!

The service during my visit **was** fast and efficient. The staff were all friendly, and one of them, Crystal, took time to recommend and make for us dipping sauces and enoki beef wraps.

Here's the edited review: I was impressed that they have a working online booking system. It sends both SMS and email confirmations for bookings. Then another SMS is sent as a reminder on the day of the reservation. They offered an SG60 promotion for seniors at $6++ on Tuesdays from May to June. This is easily the best deal in town. Final price after service and tax was 7.20 SGD. You get a soup-based pot and a hot plate to use. Multiple soup bases were available to choose from. There were three non-spicy and three spicy options. You have to decide at the cashier and make payment before dining. They allowed payment via LifeSg, which I saw later. I made payment via credit card. The spread was good, with multiple types of marinated meats like chicken, beef, and a small amount of lamb. There was also seafood like prawns, marinated Tom Yum prawns, lala, mussels, squids, dory fish, etc. There were also vegetables, enoki, and Maggi mee, etc. White rice was available too. It was my first time there in about 20 years. I wasn't too sure what to do. Many diners appeared to be regulars, knowing what to take to add flavours to their soup. There were also French fries, a cooked dish with quail eggs and Korean rice cakes in Korean paste. There was also a cooked prawn and mussels dish. The cooked dishes were kept small, as probably not many people would touch them. A dining slot seemed to be two hours. It was just about right, although I am a slow eater and had to cook and eat faster. The only hiccup I encountered was the coffee machine dispensing black coffee when I chose latte. I told a blue-shirted part-timer; he told me to wait and went to inform a red-shirted cashier (not Evan). The red-shirted cashier looked busy and didn't follow up. After drinking the Kopi O Kosong, which was supposed to be a latte, I switched to Teh Terik. The Teh Terik was working, although it was rather sweet. Before this, a red-shirted Evan came to ask if we wanted to switch off the grill and steamboat. My friend and I agreed that this was a sign to tell us to leave. While drinking my tea, red-shirted Evan came to chat with us again, asking if we enjoyed the session and if the promotion was very good. I gave him feedback about the coffee machine. He went to examine it, and I saw him adding creamer into the machine. My friend and I established that the chatting was a signal for us to leave. I quickly finished my drink and was getting ready to leave, but red-shirted Evan suddenly reappeared to bring me a cup of latte. This was a nice gesture, and he told me not to rush and to finish the coffee. It was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would probably return to dine again soon. Edit: Visited again on June 10, 2025. No red-shirted Evan around to chat with or to ask for a review. But a blue-shirted staff member did go around to conduct a survey about how we knew about the promotion. All went well, except the coffee machine ran out of creamer again. No one came to bother us to hint that it was time to leave. Edit: June 24, 2025. I am grateful to red-shirted Sam for getting us a table during the off-peak hours, as I had placed my name on the waiting list. Today, the staff were quite busy, though, and we had to change the BBQ paper ourselves. I saw at least two more tables also DIYing the BBQ paper.

I took my parents to Seoul Garden Tampines for their SG60 **dining** promo. It was a pleasant experience. Special shout out to Evan who was extremely attentive. All staff were friendly and helpful. **Refills** were quick and selection was substantial. Will definitely visit this outlet again. It was definitely a real deal – only $21.60 for 3 seniors – but do remember to make your reservations!!!

Saifuddin from Prism Plus at Tampines Mall has been very helpful. He helped us pick the best products and made sure we got good value for our money. Glad he helped us purchase our TV and Mini Fridge today.
