I bought the deep cleansing package and have completed two sessions. My scalp already feels much cleaner and my hair feels healthier than before. I'm happy with the results so far!
Excellent service from my stylists too! Darryl is gentle and attentive. On my first visit, he explained to me each part of the treatment and gave helpful advice on ways to improve my hair care at home. Miko gives amazing head massages and is very friendly; I'm always happy to see her. I would highly recommend these two stylists to anyone! 😊

I have been a customer at Jean Yip Nails salon since 2021. I started my visits with them to address my big toenail on my right foot that was badly infected with fungus, and I had already lost half of the toenail. After my first consultation with them, Wen Xi (my consultant) recommended a package of 10 treatments to intensively treat the nail. Their recommended fungus treatment spray was also very effective between my visits. I am happy to share that after six months, I began to see visible new and healthy nail growth. Today, you can see my fully recovered toenail, all thanks to Wen Xi's recommendations.
Since then, I have bought manicure/pedicure with gelish packages. As I have been doing regular treatments, their recommendations for packages were timely and allowed me to get the best deals. I have also done eyebrow embroidery, which I'm very pleased with; it looks very naturally coloured.
I am always very happy to drop in and visit the salon for my treatments. As consultants, they have made helpful recommendations and are not pushy to hard-sell their packages. I am already enticed because of their excellent customer service and dedication to their work. Thanks to Wen Xi, Joey and Brenda for taking good care of my nails! <3

Nourishing soups are beautifully cooked; flavors are on point. The service was jarring and rubbed us the wrong way at first. We were in a wheelchair, and the service staff expected us to park our wheelchair outside and "walk" into the restaurant. Does this make any sense to anyone reading this?! And we came in at a super off-peak hour at 3 p.m. when there was only one table dining inside. Why couldn't we use our wheelchair inside the restaurant, eat, and go? The restaurant was practically empty! Elaine, the restaurant manager, did a great service recovery after that jarring experience. Overall, the soups were great and never disappointed us.

The ambience is nice, as it's not as crowded as other restaurants during lunch hour. Price is reasonable. Servings are huge. Service staff are very friendly.
We ordered fried hor fan, San Lou hor fan, and seafood beehoon with gravy. I recommend the seafood beehoon with gravy, but it’s a generous portion good for two people. The beehoon is fried and served on a large plate.
There is a promotion going on now: a complimentary soup is included. However, it is not refillable unless you are willing to be charged an additional $3 for another bowl of soup.

Ordered sweet sour fish, vinegar pork, roast chicken, kailan, watercress soup, and red bean paste pancake. Vinegar pork is the best. The fish was fried until very crispy, and the sauce was not too sour or too sweet. Roast chicken is tasty as well. The kailan was normal. But the pancake is disappointing.

Dropped by for their opening promotion: 1-for-1 on all soups! Value for money! Each soup comes in a small cute pot. They contain a lot of ingredients and are really hearty! The pumpkin rice was just average and light on taste. Quickly drop by to try while they still have their opening promo!!

I visited again as I saw the 1-for-1 still available! Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. My visit was close to 8 PM. There were only 4 soup options left. Still, I was excited. BUT, THE SOUP WAS SOOO SALTY. It's like they dumped salt inside… I didn't finish my soup, something I normally do. I only ate the ingredients in the pot. After this experience, I won't be revisiting this outlet :(

Despite a 1-for-1 soup discount, the service couldn't keep up to standard. We waited roughly 30 minutes for a bowl of soup and hor fun. We asked the staff, who said it was because they only had one chef. How do you even run a business with just one chef? There was not even a mention from the staff that the food would take slightly longer. The staff were clearing more plates than serving dishes – absurd. The hor fun came out, but the portion was small. Please help fix this issue, thanks.

A new outlet had just opened, so I decided to try it. The soup was alright, but the claypots used had many chips (which was surprising for a new outlet), and some debris was found in the soup. Many of the staff seemed untrained, as they simply placed the food items on one side of the table for us to serve ourselves. The entire outlet was overly lit, which led to an uncomfortable dining experience. This is honest feedback.
