Here's an edited version: "This is our second visit and purchase at Goldheart Jewelry, Tampines Mall on 1st April 2025. Their staff, Ms Lee Ming Huey, is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect piece for us. Her ability to listen to our needs and preferences is outstanding. She is able to tailor her recommendations to our specific requirements, ensuring we find the perfect piece. She also explains them in a way that is easy for us to understand, even if we are not familiar with jewelry."

I was a little upset because earlier in the day I lost my ring. But Elee (or Eleen, I'm not entirely sure of the spelling) served us, and we thoroughly enjoyed her service. It was an overall great experience. I left happy with what I got. She was great at providing us with options and even offered to clean my wedding set. She also knew the stone in my ring, which shows how knowledgeable she is. I was impressed, and it was such a positive experience. So amazing. Money flew, but my heart is full.

So grateful to Eileen Lum, who helped me with a stuck wedding band situation last Sunday evening. (Yes, I'd worn it for over 12 years without removing it!) She was really reassuring and patient, slowly walking me through every step as she physically massaged and expertly maneuvered my ring out. It took her all of 15 minutes. She also told me to let my swollen finger rest for at least two weeks or more before coming back for a resize. Excellent service during our wedding band purchase, and excellent service still during my predicament. Thank you, Eileen! You are truly a life-saver, saving me from a hospital trip to get the ring cut off.

Customer service at Tampines mall was extremely bad. I went twice, and even though it wasn't busy or peak timing, all staff pretended to be busy at work and treated me as if I were transparent. I needed assistance with gold items at the glass front counter. Singapore doesn't only have one outlet; I can simply approach another, or in fact, other jewellery stores as well.

The staff are professional and patient. They take passport photos carefully, reminding customers to smile and adjust their posture if their heads are tilted. As a result, customers receive high-quality photos worth the payment.

Lai Wan is very helpful and very patient with me. She went **the** extra mile to suggest other better options for my photos. Her service was excellent. Thank you very much.

When my dad passed away recently, I had to print out some passport photos for his urn urgently, as his urn placement was the next morning. The kind lady at FotoHub Tampines Mall advised me on the quickest way to produce the photos I needed, helped touch up my dad's photo, and produced them quickly before the mall closed. I greatly appreciate their kind thoughts and actions.

Nice young lady in specs helped us take our ID photos for our visa. She was patient and helped to adjust our head and body positions, and also allowed me to check before confirming the photo I wanted. Super nice staff!

Happy with my experience at this photo studio! The staff was patient and friendly, and the studio had the right equipment to get great shots. I recommend it if you’re looking for a studio for ID photos!

I made a $20 payment for my daughter's passport photo at this shop at 4:59 pm and provided my email and contact number. I was told I would receive the soft copy by 6:30 pm. Before leaving the shop, I asked what I should do if I didn't receive the photo in my email. The staff confidently told me to call the shop number. However, by 6:40 pm, I still hadn't received the email, so I called five times and no one picked up. I then walked over to the shop at Tampines Mall (as I was still in Century Square) to ask what happened. The staff told me they were busy and apologized for not answering the calls. After some time, she checked and sent the photo to my email. I am extremely frustrated. First, what's the point of telling me to call if no one answers the phone? If the shop doesn't have a way to manage incoming calls, then they should not give such confident instructions. Fortunately, I was still at Century Square, but what if I had been at home? I would have had to make a trip just to get the photo emailed to me. Second, I left my contact number with them, yet no one bothered to contact me about the delay. The staff was able to send the email immediately after I showed her my receipt, indicating that someone simply missed sending the photo. This whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. Invoice No: TMS0169334
