I was attended to by Jane, and I love her service. She's very attentive and is a pro at colouring. My hair turned out great; her colour recommendation is superb. I love her service. I would definitely return!

Amazing place for a haircut. The best part is they give appointments within an hour, unlike other salons in Tampines Mall and Tampines Central. Haircuts are reasonable, ranging from $45 to $65. In Singapore, that is my only go-to place for haircuts and hair styling.

Friendly staff and nice service, always! The ambience is cosy and dynamic. The salon looks great after their recent renovation in August. I always go to my favourite hairstylist, Jane. She is very friendly, and I'm used to how she styles my hair. Please call and make an appointment before your visit!

I've been to VS a couple of times for rebonding, perming, treatments, or quick fringe rebonding a few months after. Thanks, Jane, for taking good care of my hair for so many years. I'm always happy with the results! 🥰 My hair feels so healthy now, hehe. The service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable, and they even have a drink menu to choose from! 😄

I recently had the misfortune of making a purchase through Pazzion's website, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing experience. It's still hard to believe how frustrating and regrettable this experience was.
Pazzion's website is a mess. The sizing information for their shoes showed as available, but was probably not updated according to their inventory. I clicked on my size and made payment, but realized on the receipt it stated a different size. I was very sure the sizes showed as available, which is why I purchased (unfortunately, I did not get a screenshot).
I appreciate that customer service offered an exchange, so I went to check the sizes of another color for the same pair. My size was available, so I requested to exchange for the same pair but a different color. Similarly, customer service stated that it was also not available.
The real trouble began when I tried to initiate a refund. But, surprise, surprise – Pazzion's "no refund" policy left me in disbelief. When it came to rectifying their mistake, they conveniently hid behind their draconian policies. It's as if they thrive on customers purchasing something unavailable in their inventory, then requiring them to top up and exchange for another pair of shoes in their physical shops. (Has anyone else experienced this before?)
I reached out to their customer service again, hoping to find a solution, but all I got was a generic response that did nothing to address my concerns. It's clear that Pazzion's commitment to customer satisfaction is nothing more than a hollow promise. They seem to have no qualms about taking advantage of their customers' trust.
In an age where e-commerce platforms are striving to provide seamless experiences and excellent customer service, Pazzion stands out as a glaring exception. Their lack of refunds and abysmal customer support make it clear that they have no interest in providing value to their customers. I will not be purchasing from Pazzion again.
