Second time purchasing Sunnystep shoes. My first pair, Balance Oxfords, were so comfortable that I'm back for a pair of Balance Runners this time. I specifically returned to this outlet because I remember Sadia, who showed very good product knowledge and, most of all, was very friendly and helpful to customers. She even remembers me from my previous purchase. Amazing service!

Here's the edited review: Very satisfied with the service 👍🏻. Zen, Miao, and Vivy are awesome at their job and made my mum-in-law comfortable and happy. Love their scrubs; they are clean, and the ambiance is relaxing ☺️.

Great job by Yunnie on my eyelashes. I hesitated to do my lashes as I don't believe lash extensions work for me. Yunnie gave me hope, and now it's a monthly routine for me. For my manicure and pedicure, both Lily and Hailey did a great job. I will always walk out of the place feeling satisfied and happy!

I got a mani-pedi. The service seemed good, and I was satisfied until, just two days later, the nail paint peeled off. This is the first time I have faced this issue. I don't know what they did or what they used to cause the nail paint to peel within two days.

Vivy did my nails, and she was very gentle! She didn't pressure me when I didn't want to add an overlay. I used the two-session ShopBack voucher and can't wait for my second session because of how good her service was!

I made an advance booking and had a gelish mani (by Wendy) and pedi (by Zen) at the Tampines outlet. Pros: I was very impressed by Wendy’s nail art, as well as Zen’s skill in creating a cat-eye effect for my pedi. Cons: I had purchased a credit package on my first visit at the Plaza Sing outlet, and this was my first time using it. However, I was hard-sold on purchasing another package, which was unnecessary for me. I stood firm in rejecting it despite a few attempts. I was also recommended the fungal treatment, like other customers in these Google reviews, which I declined. Honestly, whether it's fungal or not, you'll be able to tell yourself. Apart from the hard-selling, I would say the service provided was excellent. I will definitely still go back to Wendy!

I have been with N20 for 3 years, mainly for eyelash services, and I always ask for Yunnie. She does a great job and often asks if I'm comfortable during the session. My lashes usually last me 3 weeks. Convenient location.
