I was tended to by Vivy and Zen. I had purchased a voucher via Kris + app and paid only $18 for a gel manicure. However, Vivy was thorough and meticulous with the manicure, and did not treat my nails any differently from a full-priced manicure. I paid for a regular pedicure at their usual price of $38. Zen was diligent in ensuring my toenails were well trimmed and and the calloused skin thoroughly removed (I topped up for a treatment). All I can say is the ladies were professional and did not cut corners. I’ve done gel manicures that felt rushed and it felt awful.
Expectedly, they enthusiastically shared their various packages with me and persevered even though I turned them down a few times. The packages were of pretty good value, I’d say. However, I stood my ground and did not purchase any because I only do mani and pedis for special occasions.
Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a nail salon to invest in, I’d recommend this place.

I always find myself coming back here due to the personability and enthusiasm of the staff. They're always having a laugh with one another, which makes the environment super playful and fun to be in, and shows they also enjoy what they do. They are also very skilled, like Lily, and especially Wendy, who did my nails today. Even if I try new places, I'm always back here anyway because they do the best job. Clean, neat, safe, and very worth it. :) <3

I met two lovely ladies from N20 Nail Spa Tampines Mall. They are Anne and Ivy. They are very friendly and always happy, which helps put customers at ease. They helped me choose a nice Christmas color and design for my manicure and pedicure. They also did an excellent job!

At first, it was a pleasant experience, and I walked out happily with my cat eye nail design, done as part of their promotion package that included a removal service. A month later, I went for a removal, only to be informed that the service was only valid for a month, and if I wanted the removal now, I would be charged $20. I went together with my friends, and none of us were informed about this time limitation. It was such a bad mistake; they failed to own up to it and still said they would charge for the removal, even after I nicely explained the incident to them.
If you plan to visit this nail salon, please ask clearly about the service.
I'm only upset about the mistake, but their nail painting was still acceptable and nice.
