I just saw a comment saying two-thirds of the staff are not properly trained. I fully agree. The moment you press the 'satisfied' button, their work is done. That's when they openly critique you. In this way, they chase away good customers and keep difficult ones, then complain that customers are making their lives difficult. :)
They serve as if they're the sole shop selling pet supplies. I won't go back again. Now I buy from Shopee, Pet Fair, Taobao, and other online pet shops by searching 'online pet store'. There are many choices, and they come with discount vouchers, which are better than Pet Lovers Centre.

Not even 9:30pm and the store is already closed, with all the staff gathering at the cashier. Can’t even just grab a bag of treats for my pet, which will take less than 5 mins (still within their stated operating hours).

I had a very unpleasant experience at the shop. The shop didn't allow the photo of the member QR code. They insisted that I had to download the app. This wasted my time, as I had to download the app. Was it really necessary to use the actual app instead of a photo? This makes it really troublesome.

My mum recently visited Goldheart at Tampines Mall to purchase jewelry and was assisted by Andrew Tan. She mentioned he was very patient and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to really listen to what she was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. My mum felt comfortable and well taken care of, and ultimately found the perfect piece of jewelry. We are truly grateful for Andrew's excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping at Goldheart!

I was attended by Jerry Wong, and I would like to commend him for the great service he rendered to my daughter and me. He was supposed to be on leave that day, but he went the extra mile to come back to work just to assist me. He is very patient and attentive, and he gave good advice and recommendations.
