First, there was the 'NO REFUND policy' for buying at Wisma and collecting it at another place, even if the goods are defective and it's not even my fault. So why can't I expect a refund? It could be a lemon, right? Second, just now, the staff at TM brought the box out. Then: (1) The box top was a bit dirty and mouldy, and they didn't even bother to make it look good before taking it out. (2) After they took it out and showed it to me for checking, and then put it back, the staff couldn't find the right way to put it back into the box and used some strength to 'push it in.' It took a few awkward seconds until I had to say, 'eh 你好像出很多力.' She replied, '没有啊.' I rolled my eyes to the max.

I recently came to this store again to buy more hair accessories and some cute socks. Overall, most of them are cute and long-lasting. To tell you the truth, last year, around Christmas season, I did buy a few sparkly headbands and hairclips. I'll consider buying more from this store again. I'm satisfied with the service. 😊

This store does not adhere to its operating hours. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time, but it was closed.

I recently bought the Oxbow Timothy Hay, and it had a below-standard quality. It was very dry and contained brown hay. My two guinea pigs refused to eat it. This cannot be called premium quality hay. I had to look elsewhere for a replacement.

Poor customer service. A customer walked in asking loudly while I was at the counter making payment. The shopkeeper didn't know how to handle the customer and served him while I was waiting halfway through my payment.

Many product options are available, but space is quite cramped. It would be nicer if there were more space between shelves.

So far so good. There are many selections for your pets (dogs and cats). We browsed the leash section and found many options. A bit pricey compared to online shops, but overall it was all right.
