I recently had a seamless experience with the photo service for my US visa application. The staff demonstrated excellent attention to detail, proactively guiding me through the requirements. I was impressed by the efficient service, receiving both soft and hard copies of the photos within an hour. Well done!

Only two staff were working, and no one bothered to attend to customers. One was busy editing photos for a customer instead of letting the customer do it. The other one was busy on the PC. No one attended to waiting customers. Lack of professionalism.

Even though the price is not cheap, the photos turn out well. The staff is friendly and provides professional customer service. There is a specific line to queue, but clearer signs would be helpful. Make sure to inform them about the photo size and purpose before the photo is taken. Soft copies are sent by email and are typically received within 45-60 minutes. Good job!

The staff were very efficient — the ID photo was done in less than an hour. When we came to pick it up, they didn’t even ask and had already prepared the photo for us (amazing that they still remembered us from an hour ago). Truly impressive!

The ambiance at Jean Yip is very relaxing. I went in for a scalp treatment, which felt like a mini spa day! The stylist was knowledgeable and gave me great advice for my hair care routine. I’d definitely return.

Vancy and Joey provide great service. They’re very meticulous and patient, even when I’m confused with what I want or am being fussy. I’ve signed up for countless pedi and mani packages with them and will continue to do so.

I went there yesterday for a haircut. I was late, but the hairstylist, Darryl, was very understanding. He had his colleague give me a hair wash while he finished up with another customer. He then proceeded with my haircut, advising me against the drastic cut that I had requested. The style he recommended turned out to complement my face shape, and I'm pleased with the result.

I always have such a wonderful experience at Jean Yip Tampines Mall. I have been with them since 2013. Vancy and Joey were incredibly professional and skilled. They took their time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped and the polish application was flawless. They are wonderful 👍.
