I'd like to compliment Jay, who assisted me during my visit today. He was incredibly patient and helpful, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. His product recommendations for screen protector and case were spot on and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear he genuinely provided great service, and I truly appreciate his friendly and professional attitude.

Ridiculous experience. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.
During my first visit, I was told by a staff member that he could not take my phone and pass it to the technician for repair. He advised me to come again the next day, as the technician was not available that day but would be in from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
So the next day, I went to the shop again. There were three staff members in the shop. As two were serving customers, I approached the third staff member and requested a repair. This staff member replied, "Oh! Technician!" Then he walked back to the cashier counter, stood there, and stared blankly, ignoring me. Confused, I waited for another staff member to finish serving his customer. I then asked him again for repair, and this second staff member knocked on the door and asked the technician to come out from the room.
The technician printed paperwork for me to sign as he submitted my case into their system. I was informed I would need to wait for 5 working days after this initial check. I was in a rush, so I took the papers and left.
One week later, I went back to collect my phone, and the technician told me I should have read my emails and made payment before they could proceed with the repair. I told him I didn't know this, and I didn't have a spare phone or laptop with me, so I had no access to emails. The technician then asked why I hadn't checked with him earlier about the payment procedure during my last visit.
I told him I thought I could make payment upon collection, as your staff hadn't asked me to pay any deposit during my last visit. The technician then said to my face, "That is the wrong assumption!" I replied, "I'm not working here; I don't know what your procedure is, and you should have been the one who explained it to me. Give me back my phone; I don't need the repair anymore."
Eventually, I paid them 50 dollars to get back my phone.
I strongly suggest the management provide proper customer service training to all staff members.

I had a great experience at iStudio Tampines Mall. I visited the store just an hour before closing to replace my AirPods Pro 2, as the left side had stopped working. Despite it being near the end of the day, the staff was still very helpful and attentive. A big shoutout to Rich Ho for his excellent assistance! He explained that due to a recent change in manufacturer, there have been quite a few issues with the current AirPods units. Instead of just pushing a sale, he recommended alternative earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation—offering both a high-end and a more affordable option. I went with the budget-friendly choice, tried it on the spot, and was genuinely surprised at how well it performed—comparable to the AirPods! I really appreciate the honest and helpful service from Rich. Highly recommended!

I ate here with my friends the other day; it was my first time. My friends ordered their food and received it within 15 minutes. Not only was the guy taking my order quite rude, giving me an unpleasant vibe, but they also forgot my order. I ordered at 7:30, but my food didn't arrive until 8:15. Despite asking numerous times throughout those 45 minutes, I was repeatedly told it was coming. Overall, the food was pretty good, but I hope there is better service in the future if I do go again. I may update this review.

Hey guys, just wanted to share my recent experience at Tokyo Shokudo in Tampines Mall. If you're in the mood for some Japanese Tendon rice, this place is a good option! I tried their chicken ramen and signature tendon, and they were quite nice. The ramen had flavorful broth and tender chicken, while the tendon was nicely roasted. Overall, a satisfying meal.

I visited around 1 PM.
I ordered the signature tendon, as it is one of the recommended dishes. The portion is huge, and the food came quickly.
I was very pleasantly surprised by my first bite of the tempura prawn; it had a very good taste and was served piping hot. The batter was so crispy. The rest of the tempura was equally good and well done. The egg, on the other hand, was cold. It could have been better if it was hot too.
Overall, the experience was great. The staff was friendly and customer-oriented. The ambiance was great too. I requested a window seat and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. I am giving it 5 stars and will recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Please check the quality of the food before serving.
In the picture,
The gyoza seems to be coated with charred residue from a pan/skillet.

Best ramen I’ve ever had! The broth was rich, the portion was generous, and every bite was perfection. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

It opens at 11:30 AM and is located on Level 4 of Tampines Mall.
Food service can be slow for certain dishes or when they are shorthanded, so take note if you are in a rush. Service from the staff is just average.
Overall, the food portion is reasonable for the price.
Volcano is spicy, no kidding! So take note before deciding to order.
