Tin has been very friendly, and I knew her from the Parkway branch; she recognized me at the TM branch, said hello, and shared with me about the JellyCat range.

Unpleasant experience with a young staff member today, January 5th, around 7 PM. No smile on her face, and she talked rudely. I would not come back to this outlet again, as my other experiences at Paragon and HarbourFront were so so much better.

The customer service provided by staff member Samsiah was truly excellent. Not only was she polite and helpful, she went the extra mile by offering to attach a gift card for the items I purchased instead of just chucking it into the bag. When I provided my membership number and the system was not able to generate my account, she took the initiative to try again, requesting me to wait for her to refresh it instead of showing impatience and brushing me off. Such a positive attitude makes the environment very welcoming and inviting for customers.

Tin has helped me to search up the Bathrobe Bartholomew Bear and even asked them to deliver to this outlet! She has made the extra effort to request it for me. Additionally, her customer service is excellent, demonstrating exceptional engaging skills. WOULD RECOMMEND coming here!

Good job, George Quek, you've figured out what other business owners haven't: how to make your customers pay more for less!

I ordered the Bak Kwa Fried Rice set, which comes with a beverage and a piece of cake. This is my second time trying this fried rice, and I love the cube-sized Bak Kwa in it. I also tried the Bak Kwa Ong Lai Cheese thick toast, and the cheese goes very well with the Bak Kwa. I could smell the cheese from afar while on the way to collect it. It was tasty too, a very good combination of Bak Kwa and cheese. This Bak Kwa series is only available during Lunar New Year, so it's a must-try.

The coffee here is not nice. I'm a Toast Box kopi fan, but the best one is still the one at Compass One. Other outlets, like this one, are not up to standard. The coffee tastes diluted. The eggs are raw. You have to climb stairs after taking the drinks, which is super risky. You might fall and spill.

Shared the set, which comes with curry chicken and rice, a hot beverage, and some kaya butter toast. The curry was thick and satisfying, albeit a little spicy for me. The store was also very generous with the amount of butter on the toast. Everything was good, save for a little bird that flew into the dining area, which caused a tiny commotion.

Located across from the MRT station, next to BreadTalk. Lined up. Expected to receive the food and drink together, but had to go up a short flight of stairs to get the food after receiving the drink first, so the waiting time felt longer than expected. Toast and bread are good, but the rice is a bit spicy for kids. You can choose any drink for the set menu, but an upcharge may apply depending on the drink. As it was my first visit to Toast Box, I have no basis for taste comparison with other locations.

Sorry, but the Mee Siam was really disappointing. It tasted like laksa gravy, which was not to my liking. The chilli did not match the gravy. I wouldn't recommend it. The cashier staff was good, and the place was clean.
