The newly appointed assistant manager is highly proactive and hard-working. As for the manager in charge, Zai is very on the ball in his work, ensuring all customers get their order; he is also fast and efficient. At some point, a waiter named David was also there, but he disappeared from the outlet. He is fast and efficient, but I assume he will be working elsewhere or changing to part-time again. He seems to think he isn't getting enough credit for doing so many things, the specifics of which I don't know. Overall, their service is top-notch.

Incredibly rude staff, especially the lady cashier. Visited on July 13th, in the evening. Despite standing right at the entrance, waiting to be seated, the two staff members at the payment counter (literally just a metre away) did not see us, and we had to get their attention. We were seated; menu and food ordering were done via QR code scanning. The only service we received, despite paying a service charge, was just our food being sent to our table. For payment, you had to go to the counter and present your table receipt. But the cashier was already giving attitude, with a 'want to fight' kind of face. 😂 Subsequently, I made payment and received my receipt. I noticed a double entry, so I asked to clarify it. She didn't even look at it and quickly said, "It's already void" — which, firstly, how is anyone going to know if it's void given there was no strike-out, and secondly, why is it even on the receipt if it's already void? So I said, "Oh, so then the price is xxx right?", only to be given the retort, "You can count it yourself if you don't believe me," all the while she was not looking at me and was busy doing other things (there was no line at the payment counter). What a joke. 😂 Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the rude service, and it was certainly not worth the price or the added service charge. The egg in the ramen was salty; you could prepare it better at home. The salad was just lettuce and corn with what tasted like Kewpie roasted sesame sauce. Pepper Lunch is definitely a much better option. 😂 I should have listened to all the bad reviews instead of wasting my money here!

We visited during lunchtime, and to our dismay, the food did not look like what was displayed on the menu. We ordered the chicken cha shu tom yam ramen lunch set. For comparison, the left shows what was displayed on the menu, while the right shows what we received. Just one singular piece of chicken is pathetic, let alone half an egg. The picture on the menu shows (at least) 2 pieces of chicken and a full egg. For the price, this is just unreasonable. Utterly disappointed. Not to mention that the staff also slipped and dropped the bowl of ramen onto the table, which splashed on my friend. The staff then muttered "sorry" and quickly walked away. I'm not sure why the service staff here were so stuck up. The lack of professionalism was bizarre. Not returning again.

The restaurant doesn't look very clean. The wall is full of mould. Service was slow and disorganized. I ordered a two-person bundle meal, and the first thing they served before the main dish was ice cream and a drink. My kid had to wait almost 30 minutes for the Epi fry don to be served. Overall, the food was just okay.

Visited Mothercare in Tampines Mall to get some essentials. While queuing to make payment, I parked my child's pram beside a toy display so that my child would be entertained. I left without realizing my child had put his own ambulance toy on the display. When I went back to the shop nearly an hour later, the staff had kept the lost toy at their counter, safe and sound, saving me from a lot of crying and tantrums. Good job of making sure the little people's lost items are safe.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Not a big outlet, yet it has quite a number of items you might need. Did an online click and collect, and also bought something at the store again.

Here's the lightly edited review: This is my 4th purchase of a Jellycat at Mothercare Tampines Mall. After visiting other branches and other Jellycat retail stores, I prefer the Tampines Mall branch because of the neatness of their display and their pretty wide range of Jellycats in store. They do not use plastic tags on their Jellycats, which is more reassuring to customers that there will be no pin holes on the products, unlike other major stores. I am very pleased with sales personnel Tin and Crescent; they are so lovely and quick to check on stock availability. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jellycat to visit Tampines Mall! Many thanks to Tin and Crescent once again for the wonderful customer service!

Appalling service from a Mothercare staff member. I went to the store earlier today (Friday, 31/1) at 6:10 PM to ask if they have playpens in stock. The elderly sales lady asked me very rudely if I could see any playpens in the store. I merely wanted to clarify, as sometimes the store may not have physical stock but they might be able to help order online. Whatever the case, the response was really rude and uncalled for. I will not be going back there again. I was so shocked and put off that I didn't even think to get her name.
