Went to look for an exfoliator for a friend, and the sales assistant was rude and impatient. She answered questions with the utmost reluctance and was not helpful with recommendations, since she stood from afar and pointed. We ended up walking out.

I just wanted to return my bottles because I needed to rush off somewhere else. Perhaps I looked impatient, as the counter staff talked with the customer for a very long time without telling me, "Sorry, please wait a while." Anyway, when it was finally my turn, the staff rolled her eyes at me. Visit the branch and get entertained only when you are buying something, I guess!

Had a pleasant time buying my first pair of Sunnystep shoes at this outlet. The shoes were comfy and had sleek designs. I tried a few pairs and was finally able to pick the correct size with the help of Theresa. Her name was stated on the receipt. She was good and had patience with me. I tried a few sizes and noticed that although they were from the same model, not all the shoes were embroidered with the Sunnystep logo. One of the shoes I tried just had the wording and was missing the embroidered part on the leather.

Very good service from May at Tampines Mall. She is very attentive and professional, and was patient in her recommendations of a pair of dream sneakers. One can only find out if the sneakers are comfortable after wearing them for a while. Do note that they are made of PU. This is a good option for those who prefer vegan leather.
