Kitty and I were at Tampines Hub for lunch, but a sweet craving for donuts led us to J.Co Donuts & Coffee at Tampines Mall. We'd tried J.Co before in Malaysia and knew they made good donuts, so we were excited to try their Singapore outlet. However, our visit wasn't without its challenges. The cafe was quite busy, with many customers using laptops and occupying tables for extended periods. Finding a seat was a challenge, and it felt a bit crowded overall. Despite this, the seating was comfortable, with large windows offering a view of the outside scene. The staff was inconsistent. While one staff member was helpful and friendly in assisting us with seating and our bikes, others—like the cashier and the staff member who refused our request for a red velvet donut—were less than welcoming. We took advantage of their promotion for a drink and two donuts, opting for the Iced Jcoccino with Fresh Milk and two delicious donuts (excluding the red velvet). The coffee was refreshing and flavorful, and the donuts were fantastic. However, the lackluster air conditioning made the cafe feel stuffy; it wasn't as cold as the air conditioning within the shopping mall. While the donuts and coffee were delicious, the overall experience was hampered by the inconsistent service and weak air conditioning. While J.Co Donuts & Coffee offers delicious donuts, we found the service at this store and the overall comfort to be lacking. We'd recommend trying their donuts but suggest finding a quieter location or visiting during a less busy time.

At 5:13 PM, the man with black hair in a black top and no name tag was unresponsive and rude. I initially called him four times to take my order, but he was busy on the phone. Afterward, I asked him to add another donut, and he shouted at me, saying, "So, how many donuts do you want!" in a very rude tone and gestured rudely with his hands. He also gave me a side eye and almost got the order wrong. Cashier Marlene at the register was still pleasant.

I was there on May 22nd, at noon. The Innisfree shop in Tampines Mall was empty, and two staff were talking. I browsed and was looking for blusher. Couldn't find it, so I walked over to a staff member and asked. She told me it was out of stock, and she went back and continued her conversation with her colleague. I was in a mood for shopping, but I left the shop and walked to Laneige instead.

I would give zero stars if there were one! Terrible service. Today I went to look for the no-sebum powder. I asked if this product was for oily skin. The staff member, Tina, then laughed at me sarcastically. Afterwards, I tried the powder and asked a few questions, but she continued to laugh at me very sarcastically. I told her I wanted this product, and she didn't even say "thank you," just rushed to the counter. Meanwhile, I was asking her if there were any other products for oily skin, such as powder and foundation. She didn't understand, and I went on to further explain my question. She then replied, "Oh, that's called foundation" (in Chinese), and laughed at me again. I don't think I said anything wrong. What was there to laugh about? However, I endured her laughter and asked her if I could try to see if the foundation could cover a small, light scar I had. She dramatically said, "Huh?! It won't cover it!" and it felt like she was mocking me. I was appalled by her reaction and explained that some foundations were capable of covering scars. She laughed again. From the start, she responded to my questions with laughter and looked at me in a way that made me feel like she was mocking and belittling me. This was my first time seeing such poor service in the cosmetics industry! What a terrible attitude. Innisfree's products are very famous globally, and I really like them, but having such customer service will definitely leave customers disappointed. What's the point of having good products? I hope Innisfree in SG improves their staff's customer service, especially this particular staff member, Tina, at Tampines Mall.

The staff, Hui Yuan, was super kind and served me and my friends politely with a smile on her face. My purchase was a very, very happy purchase.

The staff here is very rude. I came to exchange the foundation that I bought for my mother two days ago because the coverage is not enough. From the start, the staff was very unwilling to let me exchange the foundation. Then, when I chose the one I wanted to exchange for, she opened the foundation I had never opened. She then accused me of opening it previously and refused to exchange it for me. Afterward, she rudely told me that she could not exchange it for me and said that if I wanted to complain, I should go to Facebook and make a complaint. I am very upset with her attitude.

I was looking for a natural lipstick, and the staff wasn't very helpful. When I asked which one, she just picked one and walked back. I just wanted an affordable lipstick and needed it urgently, which is why I bought it. If not, I would have just gone to another store and bought it.
