I would definitely buy apple strudel for my family or colleagues for our tea break, as I've already done twice this month. The price is worth it when they have a promotion. You should try mango strudel too. This good stuff is very filling; you definitely won't feel hungry even if you have it for your lunch. Staff is friendly. Keep it up.

The staff accidentally dipped 4 fingers into the chocolate cake that we wanted to purchase (after serving a guest and handling money). She then offered to sell it to us at a discounted price or fill the hole with chocolate to cover up... The hygiene standards here are terrible.

The lady at Tampines Mall B1 outlet was very rude. When I asked her something a few times, she did not bother to answer me. The company must teach her a customer service lesson. When she passed me my order, she was very loud. Extremely disappointed. Please take my comment seriously.

Bought their 6-inch chocolate cake voucher from FAVE. Redemption was easily done. Taste-wise, you get what you pay for. Nothing to shout about. It wasn't too sweet, but the cake layers were rather dry.

I was there today to change my screen protector. The young (Chinese) lady was attending to an elderly Malay couple. As I observed, she was incredibly polite, patient, and professional, guiding them through changing to their new phone and speaking in fluent Bahasa (she's obviously from up north). She did a fantastic job changing my screen protector too 🙂. Very pleasant.

I was there yesterday around 9:30 PM. The store was wide open with no customers. I was going to take a look at the Oppo Reno. When we stepped into the shop, the promoter just shouted rudely and said they were closed! I thought, 'If it's closed, why not just close the bloody glass door instead of leaving it open and inviting people in!' It was super rude; he didn't even take his eyes off his phone while he was talking to me! He completely ignored me and just said the shop was closed!

The salesperson seemed like he didn't want any business. He was watching over me like a hawk while I was checking out the phone. I was checking out the feel and camera of the Reno and then the Find X. As soon as I started testing the camera quality of the Find X, he asked me, "What are you looking for?" in a very rude tone. I replied, "Camera settings, like ISO and exposure, etc." He then said that it didn't have that, even though the settings were right in front of my eyes. HORRIBLE service! Fire that guy!

Oppo has really upped their game, both in their handphones and their selection of sales assistants. There's been a great improvement in the service compared to what I experienced several years ago. I was assisted by a male sales assistant, Trevor, on February 3rd, 2025, at the Tampines Mall Branch. He was very polite and very helpful. He showed a positive attitude and enthusiasm in serving customers. I bought the Oppo Reno 13 Pro in the end. So far so good, I am loving my new handphone, and I am a happy customer!
