We were in the store today and were attended to by Miss Joanne. She was alone in the store and attending to another customer when we came. She was polite to all of us, helped us sign up as a member and get our purchases without any fuss. Kudos to Epitex for having Joanne working for them! The buying experience was truly pleasant.

The staff is so rude. They don't even know their system well. You ask them everything, and they don't know; they only know how to take money. What type of service is this? Worst service ever.
I am a regular customer here, and this type of service is totally unacceptable.

Bought their 6-inch chocolate cake voucher from FAVE. Redemption was easily done. Taste-wise, you get what you pay for. Nothing to shout about. It wasn't too sweet, but the cake layers were rather dry.

Very bad. I bought so many times and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I bought, it's soggy. I gave feedback to the uncle, but he said it was made fresh. The fillings are not piped on the spot; they're already prepared in the fridge.

I arrived at 10 AM on July 31, 2020, but the store was not open. I called, but no one picked up. I then called the Nex Mall outlet and learned that it should have been open already. (Was someone late?) I waited for quite some time, and it finally opened at 11 AM instead of the displayed time of 9:30 AM. I asked the makcik for a full-size apple strudel, but was told only durian was left. So I asked if there was apple strudel for the half-size one, and she gave me an 'I already told you' look and said, "Only durian. Everything finished." Look, as a customer, I don't know what you have or don't have. As a potential consumer, I was asking for confirmation. And I had to wait for half an hour for the apple strudel stock to arrive. Well, if she had arrived earlier, perhaps the stock would have come in earlier. Anyway, I'd rather travel to the Bedok Mall outlet than buy from her. Okay, thanks.
