I tried their Signature Popiah, Prawn Popiah, and Chicken Cutlet Popiah, along with Kueh Pie Tee, Chee Cheong Fun, and Yam Cake; every dish was a delight, bursting with authentic flavors. The Chicken Cutlet Popiah was a unique twist that I thoroughly enjoyed, and the Kueh Pie Tee was satisfyingly crispy and flavorful. If you're looking for a true taste of Singaporean tradition, Ann Chin Popiah is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Here's the edited review: One of the best Popiah I've had! I love the chicken cutlet Popiah because it is exceptionally crunchy. The Chee Cheong Fun and Yam Cake may seem like common dim sum items but they are really delicious. There's plenty of parking and ample space, since this is still situated in the food court! Must try!

Here's the lightly edited review: So exciting that this famous popiah stall finally has an outlet in Tampines! Here’s what we tried: 🥢 Popiah: 4 types: signature, vegetarian ($2.50); prawn, chicken cutlet ($3.20). We tried all except the vegetarian one. They’re packed with all the usual popiah goodness and definitely don’t skimp on any ingredients! Super flavorful! 🥢 Kueh Pie Tee $4: The ingredients were overflowing from the cups! I love how they added a lot of egg and crispy bits. Yummy! 🥢 Chee Cheong Fun $2.60 (set with yam cake @ $4.20): Topped with fried shallots and savory light soya sauce. This was very yummy! The sauce was fragrant and went perfectly with the soft, chewy chee cheong fun! 🥢 Yam Cake $1.80 (set with Chee Cheong Fun @ $4.20): We asked for sweet sauce and chili sauce on the side! This dish had yam chunks inside and other ingredients like mushroom too! Recommended! Do drop by and check out this new conveniently located outlet!

Always love their popiah! Packed full of fresh ingredients, this makes the popiah so yummy! Oh yes, how can we forget about the kueh pie tee! This is so yummy too! Try their yam cake and chee cheong fun! Definitely worth trying! So good!

It used to give full and compacted packets. Now, it is loose and not full! Needs improvement!

Beware of the taste. Once you try it, say bye bye to cinema popcorn. Recommended: Caramel.

I ordered the popcorn with nuts, but the person didn't give it to me with them. I came back the next day to request an exchange, but I did not have my receipt. However, the Malay lady serving me on Jan 8 at 5:50 PM (I didn't get her name) was very nice to still do it for me at her own expense. Thanks for being flexible.

Sad. Went in at 9:15 PM, and they were already cleaning up the glass display. They had already packed the leftover popcorn into small Chicago Mix bags. How can they not have cheese popcorn at 9:15 PM when they close at 10 PM? 😤 …

Dangerously addictive Chicago mix! Popcorn can be sold out early around 8pm at this outlet, though, which is a little sad.
