I want to take this chance to thank Charles from the DTF Customer Care Department. I wrote in to make a special request as my families had a gathering to discuss important wedding matters. So he called me personally to accommodate, and I am grateful for DTF's service for this.
The food is good as always; however, drinks could be served faster. Overall, it was still a great experience, and I will recommend coming during off-peak times if you want to avoid crowds or a wait.

Finally tried this restaurant to see what the hype was, as we always saw a long queue outside. The waiting time was close to 45 minutes, but the QR system was quite efficient, and we explored the mall while waiting for our turn.
The food service was quite slow, especially between orders, so by the time the last dish arrived, we were already feeling full. Nevertheless, the food was quite delicious and worth the wait.
We tried chicken dumplings, duck pastry, spicy noodles, chicken buns, and yuzu jelly.
Overall, the experience was good, and I would love to go back on a weekday when the wait is shorter.

Popped by the store on a Saturday night to get a pair of new Havaianas. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped me find the right size and even allowed me to change my mind when I was about to pay, without making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was not pushy at all.
A really simple but good shopping experience. It's the small things that make a difference sometimes.

Please do not support this store! I bought a printed design and wore it home from Tampines Mall, and the prints already started coming off! I brought it back to the store the following day to ask for an exchange, but they were not willing to refund the difference when I wanted to exchange it for another of a lower price. The staff told me that it's their store policy. Is it your store policy to sell such cheap-quality shoes at a premium price and then be unwilling to refund the price difference? Guys, you're better off getting slippers from Cotton On nearby for less than half of Havaianas' price!

I personally really like Havaianas shoes. I think you get what you pay for, and the overall quality is very good. I personally feel that I would buy Havaianas products at their original price without waiting for any discounts.

I was at the store at 2:30 PM on Sunday, November 20. Unfortunately, a sign "Closed and will be back at 3:15 PM" was displayed at the counter. I was so disappointed. I had wanted to buy some snacks from them.
