Horrible service. Very slow.
I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your shop. I ordered two yu tiao and was informed by the staff, Siti, that it would take about 10 minutes. However, after waiting for more than 10 minutes without any update, I became frustrated and decided to cancel my order.
I believe that the staff should prioritize customer orders effectively, and I would have appreciated it if Siti had communicated with the kitchen to ensure my order was being prepared in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it felt like she was preoccupied with other tasks instead of attending to customer needs.
I value good service, and I hope you can provide feedback to your staff on the importance of prioritizing customer orders.

I've been wanting to try the You Tiao rojak, so I picked up a set from Tampines Mall. The sauce is packed separately from the you tiao. The box was still warm when I opened it, but it had a very strong oily smell. From the first bite, I could tell it had either been over-fried, or they hadn't changed the oil regularly, or the you tiao wasn't fresh. I've been a fan of their you tiao, but I noticed the taste and size aren't the same as before. I wonder if they changed their recipe?

Bought the porridge on 15/7/24 (Mon) at Tampines Mall. Tried it, and it's nice, but too bad the mock chicken seems so little. It would be nice if there were more.

The staff is so rude. They don't even know their system well. You ask them everything, and they don't know; they only know how to take money. What type of service is this? Worst service ever.
I am a regular customer here, and this type of service is totally unacceptable.

Staff are pretty pushy. I was just looking at the pillows as I had never heard of this brand before, and a lady approached me. I told her politely that I was just looking around. Five minutes later, she came back to ask me what kind of pillows I was looking for. I told her to leave me alone as I was just looking around. I had to leave the shop immediately as I could not even look at the pillows in peace.

The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the pillows we were enquiring about, nor did he seem interested in explaining the differences or offering a recommendation based on our needs. When asked about the difference between down and microfibre pillows, we were simply told that they were all the same, which is not accurate. We decided to leave as the staff offered little insight, and it didn't give us confidence in making a purchase.
