Very tasty popcorn, and it tastes as good as other branches in Singapore. I got the 'buy large, get 1 small free' deal by paying with a UOB card. Definitely worth it.

I went to this store at 8:20 pm and found that only cheese popcorn was available. I was confused if they were going to top up or not. The staff didn't know how to explain it to me; she only said, β€œOnly this caramel popcorn that fits in a small bag is left.” At least she apologized to me and other customers for only having cheese popcorn available, and by 8:30 pm, I heard sounds from the kitchen as if closing procedures were ongoing. I don't know what your procedure is for pre-closing, but your store is supposed to close at 10 pm. So, all types of popcorn should be available, right? And if there's no popcorn available to sell, what are your staff doing? It's only 8:30 pm; there's still 1.5 hours left until closing. And I bet your staff can sign out at 11 pm, so they have 2.5 more hours. And lastly, I'm not sure if a manager or team leader was present in that store to ensure everything was in order. I apologize for my rant, but I'm very disappointed with my experience. I know it was only 8:20 pm, and the store was rushing to close shop. It's an American well-known brand and should follow the highest standards, but this was a letdown. To the owner or shareholders, please look into this. Thank you. Because I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had this issue.

Bought the caramel flavour. Nice as usual. However, the package was loose. Upset with the quantity of popcorn. For the premium price, I expected better and more.

I ordered the popcorn with nuts, but the person didn't give it to me with them. I came back the next day to request an exchange, but I did not have my receipt. However, the Malay lady serving me on Jan 8 at 5:50 PM (I didn't get her name) was very nice to still do it for me at her own expense. Thanks for being flexible.

Here's an edited version of the review with minor improvements and grammar fixes, while keeping the original meaning and sentiment: The quality of the food and fried snacks is extremely poor. Their signature red bean snack has been severely compromised due to the quality of its ingredients. As seen from images, there is 30-50% less red bean stuffing than there used to be. The bun is extremely chewy, signaling that it has not been kneaded well enough. It's also worth noting that their dough is not kneaded well enough, and the end product becomes very chewy, like rubber. It is a true disappointment indeed to have patronized Dough Culture. Prices have increased, while the quality of service and food items has massively plunged. There are better options available where local snacks and finger food are prepared wholesomely, with great flavor and high quality.

Bought the porridge on 15/7/24 (Mon) at Tampines Mall. Tried it, and it's nice, but too bad the mock chicken seems so little. It would be nice if there were more.

We're happy it's vegetarian! This is the second time we've bought food from there. My bf likes their veg porridge a lot. Tasty! We feel the staff are friendly. We are particularly impressed by a lady staff member who offers great service (at least, she's not the 'attitude' kind). Her customer service makes us feel happier about buying the products. Awesome lady! πŸ₯³πŸ€©

Sharing my sweet potato fritter. I am amazed how thin they have managed to slice – no, I mean shred – the sweet potato, because it is as thin as a piece of paper. Changi City Point Outlet.

Occasionally, I ordered the Porridge Set Meal #2, which came with a soya bean drink. Like every other place, I noticed it entirely depends on the day-to-day customer service. Sometimes it's great; other times, it's worse, like cow dung. It's always the employees and their rotten work attitudes. The big picture is, sometimes I get a free bundle of youtiao with the set meal, in addition to the youtiao already in the porridge and the separate pieces packaged. I know some standard coffeeshop places will just give porridge and a few small cuts of youtiao, and that's it. The food is splendid and is one of my absolute FAVORITES! It's deliciously cheap, and the porridge has the right quantity compared to every other shop out there, where I've had to place multiple orders just to get more porridge or youtiao, often incurring a separate delivery fee. Keep up the good work, guys!

My favorites are the Salted Bun, Red Bean Bun, You Tiao, and Jemput Jemput. Whether they are cold or hot, light brown or dark brown, they taste good. Most of all, their prices are reasonable. πŸ€ŽπŸ§‘πŸ‘
