My bunny's supplies are all from pet lovers, and the range is wide. What I like most is that the staff answers my inquiries and gives me product comparisons for the best deal.
I recently bought the Oxbow Timothy Hay, and the quality was below standard. It was very dry and contained brown hay. My two guinea pigs refused to eat it. I wouldn't call this premium quality hay. I had to look elsewhere for a replacement.
So far, so good. There are lots of selections for your pets (dogs and cats). We browsed the leash section and found many options. It's a bit pricey compared to online shops, but overall, it was still alright.
"I just saw a comment saying that two-thirds of the staff are not properly trained. I fully agree. The moment you press the “satisfied” button, their work is done. And that's when they openly critique you. In this way, they chase away good customers and keep difficult ones, and then they complain that customers are making their lives difficult. :)

It wasn't even 9:30 PM, and the store was already closed, with all the staff gathered at the cashier. I couldn't even grab a bag of treats for my pet, which would have taken less than 5 minutes (still within their stated operating hours).
I had a very unpleasant experience at the shop. They didn't allow the member QR photo and insisted that I download the app. It wasted my time having to download the app. Was it really necessary to use the app instead of a photo? It made the process troublesome.
