Initially, it was a pleasant experience, and I walked out happily with my cat-eye nail design, which was part of their promotional package that included removal service. A month later, I went for a removal and was informed that it was only valid for a month. If I wanted the removal now, I would be charged $20. I went with friends, and none of us were informed about this time limitation. It was a bad mistake; they didn't own up to it and still said they would charge for the removal, even after I explained the incident nicely. Please ask about the service clearly if you plan to visit this nail salon. I'm only upset about the mistake, but their nail painting is still acceptable and nice.

I've been a regular and really enjoy the service here. The barbers are professional and always give insightful advice on how to style and maintain my hair. Rex has provided my cut and style service multiple times, and he never fails to deliver a good result. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for a haircut! The best part is that they consider and give appointments within an hour, unlike other salons in Tampines Mall and Tampines Central. Haircuts are reasonably priced, ranging from $45 to $65. In Singapore, it's the only place I go to for haircuts and hair styling.
