"First, there was the “NO REFUND policy” for buying at Wisma and collecting it at another location, even if the goods are defective, and not through any fault of my own. Why can't I expect a refund? It could be a lemon, right? Second, just now the staff at TM brought the box out, then (1) the box top looked a bit dirty and moldy, and they didn't even bother to make it look presentable before taking it out, and (2) after they took it out and showed it to me to check and put it back, the staff couldn't find the right way to put it back into the box and used some force to “push it in.” It took a few awkward seconds until I had to say, “eh 你好像出很多力.” She replied, “没有啊.” Roll eyes max."

I was attended to by Vivy and Zen. I had purchased a voucher via the Kris+ app and paid only $18 for a gel manicure. However, Vivy was thorough and meticulous in her manicure, and didn't treat my nails any differently than a regularly priced manicure. I paid $38 for a regular pedicure at their usual price. Zen was diligent in ensuring my toenails were well trimmed and the calloused skin thoroughly removed (I topped up for a treatment). All I can say is the ladies were professional and didn't cut corners. I’ve had gel manicures that felt rushed, and it felt awful. Expectedly, they enthusiastically shared their various packages with me and persevered even though I turned them down a few times. The packages were of pretty good value, I'd say. However, I stood my ground and didn't purchase any because I only get mani-pedis for special occasions. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a nail salon to invest in, I’d recommend this place.

I got a mani-pedi. The service seemed good, and I was satisfied until, after just two days, the nail polish peeled off. This is the first time I've faced this issue. I don’t know how they did it or what they used to cause the polish to peel within two days.

Very satisfied with the service! 👍🏻 Zen, Miao, and Vivy are awesome at their job and made my mother-in-law comfortable and happy. I loved their scrub, and the place is clean with a relaxing ambiance. ☺️

Yunnie did a great job on my eyelashes. I hesitated to get lash extensions, as I didn't believe they would work for me. Yunnie gave me hope, and now it's become a monthly routine. Lily and Hailey both did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. I always walk out of the place feeling satisfied and happy!

Made an advance booking and got a gelish mani (by Wendy) and pedi (by Zen) at the Tampines outlet. Pros: I am very impressed by Wendy’s nail art, as well as Zen’s skill in creating the cat-eye effect for my pedi. Cons: I purchased a credit package on my first visit at the Plaza Sing outlet, and this was the first time using it. However, I was pressured to purchase another package, which I didn't need. I firmly rejected the offer despite a few attempts. I was also recommended the fungal treatment, similar to other customers' experiences mentioned in these Google reviews. I didn't take it because, honestly, you can tell for yourself whether you have a fungal issue or not. Apart from the hard selling, the service provided is excellent, I would say. I will definitely still go back to Wendy!

"I've been with N20 for 3 years, primarily for eyelash services, and always request Yunnie. She does a great job and often asks if I'm comfortable during the session. My lashes usually last me 3 weeks. The location is convenient!!"

Vivy did my nails and she was very gentle! She didn't pressure me when I didn't want to add an overlay either. I used the 2-session Shopback voucher and can't wait for my second session because her service was so good! :-)

I always find myself coming back here due to the staff's personality and enthusiasm. They're always laughing with one another, which makes the environment playful and fun, and shows they enjoy their work. They are also very skilled, like Lily, and especially Wendy, who did my nails today. Even when I try new places, I always return here because they do the best job. Clean, neat, safe, and very worthwhile. :) <3

I met two lovely ladies from N20 Nail Spa in Tampines Mall. They are Anne and Ivy. They are very friendly and always happy, which puts the customer at ease. They helped me choose a nice Christmas color and design for my manicure and pedicure, and they did an excellent job! To Anne and Ivy: Job well done!
