I was at Samsung Tampines Mall today to inquire about a Samsung device, and a helpful staff member, Elsie Wong, assisted me. She has vast knowledge and went the extra mile to help me understand the models better. Thanks, Elsie, for making my day.
"Happy with my experience at this photo studio! The staff was patient and friendly, and the studio had the right equipment to get great shots. I recommend it if you're looking for a studio for an ID photo!"
The staff are professional and patient. They take passport photos carefully, ensuring they remind customers to smile and adjust their posture if their heads are tilted. As a result, customers receive high-quality photos that are worth the payment.
Lai Wan is very helpful and patient with me. She went the extra mile to suggest better options for my photos. Her service was excellent. Thank you very much.
"When my dad passed away recently, I needed to print passport photos for his urn urgently because his urn placement was the next morning. The kind lady at FotoHub Tampines Mall advised me on the quickest way to produce the photos I needed, helped touch up my dad's photo, and produced them quickly before the mall closed. I greatly appreciate her kind thoughts and actions."
A nice young lady with glasses helped us take our ID photos for our VISA. She was patient and helped to adjust our head and body positions. She also allowed me to check the photos before confirming the one I wanted. Super nice staff!
I made a $20 payment for my daughter's passport photo at this shop at 4:59 pm and provided my email and contact number. I was told I would receive the soft copy by 6:30 pm. Before leaving the shop, I asked what I should do if I didn't receive the photo in my email. The staff confidently told me to call the shop number. However, by 6:40 pm, I still hadn't received the email, so I called five times and no one picked up.
I then walked over to the shop at Tampines Mall (as I was still in Century Square) to ask what happened. The staff told me they were busy and apologized for not answering the calls. After some time, she checked and sent the photo to my email. I am extremely frustrated because, first, what’s the point of telling me to call if no one answers the phone? If the shop doesn’t have a way to manage incoming calls, then they should not give such confident instructions.
Fortunately, I was still at Century Square, but what if I had been at home? I would have had to make a trip just to get the photo emailed to me. Second, I left my contact number with them, and yet no one bothered to contact me about any issue. In my case, there was no issue because the staff was able to send out the email immediately once I showed her my receipt. It seems that someone in the shop simply missed sending the photo. This whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable.

I recently had a seamless experience with the photo service for my US visa application. The staff demonstrated excellent attention to detail, proactively guiding me through the requirements. I was impressed by the efficient service, receiving both soft and hard copies of the photos within an hour. Well done!
"There were only two staff members working, and neither bothered to attend to customers. One was busy editing photos for a customer instead of letting the customer do it themselves, while the other was occupied at the computer. No one attended to the waiting customers. There was a lack of professionalism."
"Even though the price isn't cheap, the photos turn out good. The staff is friendly and provides professional customer service. There's a specific queue, which could be improved with clearer signs. Be sure to inform them about the photo size and purpose before your photo session. Soft copies are sent by email and are received within 45-60 minutes. Good job!"
