My husband bought a pair of Levi’s shorts from another outlet but took them to the Tampines store for alteration. We were very disappointed with the service we received when we collected the altered shorts. They were 1/2 inch longer than we wanted, and the female staff member who served us was just trying to talk her way out of the botched job! 1. She insisted that they did the alteration right, and took out the piece of fabric that was cut, saying it was 2 inches as we had asked. I asked her to measure it, and it turned out to be 1 inch. 2. She kept trying to TALK OVER me to explain why it was 1/2 inch longer because of the process they took to do the alteration. I’m not an expert, but shouldn’t the tailor take up however much fabric is required to achieve the customer’s requested length? 3. She then told me that the tailor said they didn’t want to take up too much in case the shorts would feel tight—the tailor was able to make a judgement on this without having met my husband?! 4. She finally agreed to have the alteration readjusted. This meant we had to come back the next day, at our inconvenience, to pick up the shorts. After all of the above, she NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED for the mistake! In fact, she made us feel like we were creating such a big fuss over 1/2 inch, and we should have just accepted it as is. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would encourage Levi’s to investigate this particular staff member and provide adequate training to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. It has really left a bad taste, and it’s now all I can think about when I hear/see the word Levi’s.

I had a positive experience, but I guess that was because I was the only customer at the time. The shop is conveniently located opposite the MRT, so you can't miss it.

Poor quality product. The price isn't worth it. Please compare other brands. There are lots of brands cheaper and better quality than Levi's.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase due to the great taste, texture, and variety. Most products sell out during dinner time. The price averages $2.50 per bun, which is similar to other local bread shops. Will definitely patronise again.

Have tried various bread and pastries from this shop since they opened in Tampines Mall. However, compared to when they first opened, their bread size, ingredient amount, and quality seemed to be reduced, just to squeeze out more profit from each bread sold. Hope they continue to have the good standard similar to when this Gokoku bakery first opened and not reduce their standard. šŸ™šŸ™ This will encourage loyal and long-term customers to come back, and new customers also.

The new Japanese bakery opened on 27 Aug. The shop is rather cramped, so customer flow may need to be managed, similar to the arrangement at Millenia Walk. The bakes look delicious as usual. Insider tip: There's a free tote bag with a minimum spend of $20 for the first 50 customers daily until Sep 5.

Love it when the bread and scones **come** out freshly baked. The lovely fragrance **bewitches** me into getting these baked goods. I love the **Earl Grey** tea scone as well as the kokutou x kokutou pan (so soft and chewy)!!!! Shout out to Kai Ming! Thank you for helping us **get** the stamp for spending $20 after we **had** already paid. He was very **quick**, clearing the queue in a short amount of time. ā˜ŗļøā˜ŗļø Update on **July 25th**: **S**hout out to the bakers here in this **Tamp** outlet for making such delicious bread!! **I** tried the kokutou x kokutou pan from the **Yishun** outlet, and it is not as fluffy and chewy 🄲

Here's an edited version of the review: My friends recommended their mochi cheese cranberry buns and earl grey scones. I was happy to grab a mochi cheese cranberry bun fresh out of the oven. What are the chances of pulling apart a piping hot bun? The way the little sugar crystals marry the dehydrated cranberries keeps my taste buds excited. The baked dough is so fluffy soft and 'bouncy' with each chew. The chocolate cranberry scones? Enough said. Just grab one! It isn't dry or hard like other brands I've tried before. Yes, just grab one. šŸ˜„ They're $2.20 each, but worth the try.

Newly opened in late August, so do expect to queue after 11 am. The fig bun is my favorite, as it’s soft and chewy. The cream pan is my son’s favorite, as the bun is soft and it’s filled with custard, and not too sweet! The Kouign Amann is quite small compared to Tiong Bahru Bakery, but it’s less sweet. Gotta try them all!! :)
