I would like to say thank you to the team of Anna, Xiao ai, Qin Hui, and Sam. They were very helpful. Even though it was Sunday and on a very busy event day, they still managed to make me feel very welcome.

The staff on duty who tended to me was informative. She provided information about the products and kept recommending items to help me get more discounts. I ended up spending less than $200 and received many free samples. Even though the store is small, it is well-stocked, and the staff has great product knowledge. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I will switch to this brand if it is good.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They always greet with a warm smile and **are** very knowledgeable. They are also very generous with samples. Every single time I shop there, it is a very pleasant experience!

We were served by Malou. She helped us with at least 15 pieces and gave us advice on choices, fit, and color. She was patient and cheerful. She reserved a piece and was able to get the transfer done really quickly. Raha rushed to Bedok to get the other piece back immediately. In fact, we were still at Tampines Mall when the alternate arrived. Many thanks. The shopping experience here with them was wonderful.

Located just a stone’s throw from Tampines MRT station. Had a very good buying experience with Khalid. Levi’s Tampines carries mostly standard everyday wear kind of jeans. If you want limited edition jeans, you will have to check online to see if other outlets carry them. The shop was slightly warm and small but I still got what I needed. Hoping that Levi’s will bring in more variety of colors and finishes for their stretchy Coolmax series.

My husband bought a pair of Levi’s shorts from another outlet but took them to the Tampines store for alteration. We were very disappointed with the service we received when we collected the altered shorts. They were 1/2 inch longer than we wanted, and the female staff member who served us was just trying to talk her way out of the botched job! 1. She insisted that they did the alteration right, and took out the piece of fabric that was cut, saying it was 2 inches as we had asked. I asked her to measure it, and it turned out to be 1 inch. 2. She kept trying to TALK OVER me to explain why it was 1/2 inch longer because of the process they took to do the alteration. I’m not an expert, but shouldn’t the tailor take up however much fabric is required to achieve the customer’s requested length? 3. She then told me that the tailor said they didn’t want to take up too much in case the shorts would feel tight—the tailor was able to make a judgement on this without having met my husband?! 4. She finally agreed to have the alteration readjusted. This meant we had to come back the next day, at our inconvenience, to pick up the shorts. After all of the above, she NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED for the mistake! In fact, she made us feel like we were creating such a big fuss over 1/2 inch, and we should have just accepted it as is. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would encourage Levi’s to investigate this particular staff member and provide adequate training to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. It has really left a bad taste, and it’s now all I can think about when I hear/see the word Levi’s.

I have been a regular customer of Levi’s Tampines Mall outlet since before the move to level 2. By far, I have experienced good and pleasant service. I would like to bring attention to Jovan, the store supervisor. His friendliness brings about really good service, and he is willing to listen and attend to customers' needs.

Not a good experience. If you're not happy with the customer standing in the retail outlet, please remain professional and not use a high tone when asking if we needed assistance.
