Really poor service. I brought a watch in for time and length adjustment. However, the staff displayed an indifferent attitude and weren't helpful. I'm not sure if their behaviour was due to the watch being purchased at another outlet, but service should be standardised across all locations.

I was at the store to exchange a gift. An older staff member assisted me first, and her service was inattentive even though I was the only one at the store. Her tone was truly upsetting. Another staff member, Iris, came to help me. Her service was top-notch. She offered recommendations and was so pleasant and helpful. She made me want to shop for more. Thank you, Iris, for your service. Thank you for making me feel welcome to shop anytime at Swarovski. Swarovski management should take note that staff like Iris are the reason we want to come and shop at your stores. The rest of the staff there could learn from her. Cheers.

I felt very happy after my visit there. I was attended to by staff member Aina, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and skincare. She took the time to understand my skin condition and the products I am currently using before proposing some recommendations for me. She also included samples that might help my skin condition. I will definitely go back to the outlet and look for her!

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They always greet with a warm smile and **are** very knowledgeable. They are also very generous with samples. Every single time I shop there, it is a very pleasant experience!

I love walking into Kiehl's at Tampines Mall because the staff are always very nice and helpful. On my last visit and today, Kenry assisted me in the selection of products and always helps make it a value-for-money experience for me. There was no hard selling, and he would recommend products based on my needs. Also, he always patiently explains to me how to layer products and use new products.
